Welcome to our Florida Get-Away vacation townhouse at SouthBay By the Gulf. What more could you ask for but the world's most beautiful beaches, sunny skies, and fully furnished townhouse. Our townhouse is located in a community of privately owned townhouses. At our "Get-Away Home," you can park at the door. There are no congested lobbies, elevators, streets, or parking lots to cross with luggage or children. Our townhome is conveniently located directly across from one of the complex's two pools and within a short 5 minute walk to the beach.
Our townhouse has two levels for comfort, the first floor is the living area, kitchen, and dining room. There is plenty of room for a family reunion or just plain family fun. The living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa. Lounge on the loveseat in front of the large TV with DVD and VCR. The kitchen is fully-equipped for the finest chef or just a quick bite to eat. A private patio is off of the living room. There is an outdoor grill and a patio table, chairs, and umbrella to enjoy the sun. A half bath is located downstairs.
Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom has its own TV and VCR. The master bedroom is beautiful decorated. A king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom are located in this room. The second bedroom is equally decorated, it also has a queen-size bed and closet. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds. All of the mattresses are new and all linens and bath towels are included.
Located on the grounds of SouthBay are two lighted tennis courts, a five acre (stocked) fresh water fishing lake, and shuffleboard. Take time to stop and feed the ducks, geese, and turtles in the lake. While walking to the private beach, remember no roads to cross or congested parking lots, you can stop off at the Beachfront gazebo and enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean and white sandy beaches. Beachside chairs and umbrellas to rent are available. You can also rent jet-skis and parasail right off the beach. Children can snorkel or just build sand castles while you enjoy the beach. The activities are endless, remember our townhouse is located in the middle of Destin.
SouthBay is located in the Heart of Destin. It is three miles in either direction to the Destin Bridge and the Mid-Bay Bridge. Destin is famous for deep-sea fishing and gourmet restaurants. Many of the restaurants offer beachside lunch or dinner. Within a ten minute drive, you can be at Silver Sands Outlet Mall which has over 92 designer outlet stores or to one of Destin's beautiful golf courses. Destin has just opened a brand new designer mall (with a HUGE ProBass shop for men) and 15 Screen Movie Theater or you may just want to walk out the front door to one of the shops or grocery store conveniently located by the townhouses.
