Welcome to our piece of paradise situated right on the Caribbean Sea on the tranquil island of Ambergris Caye, Belize.

Belize is known for its world class diving, untouched beauty and friendly people. Activities here include snorkeling, diving, fishing, exploring remote islands and Mayan ruins, lost in the Belizean Rainforest. Ambergris Caye is located 15 minutes by island hopper from the mainland of Belize and only 1/4 mile from the Barrier Reef, the second largest reef in the world.

Bella Vista is the perfect place for your family reunions, weddings, or specialized retreats. We are very versatile and in booking the whole retreat we are able to offer such activities as Mayan cooking classes, creole Spanish lessons, theme dinner nights, personalized spa treatments, and much more! Bella Vista Retreat consists of 4 small private guest homes nestled in our tropical gardens overlooking our natural lagoon. All homes are tastefully decorated using natural Belizean resources. Cabinets and furniture are made by local artisans using mahogany and bamboo. Our Resort/Retreat is designed for travelers or groups looking for seclusion and privacy in a relaxing atmosphere. All four guest homes can be rented out on a weekly basis, but contact us if you desire to rent only one guest home.

Bella Vista is lushly landscaped, featuring hand built stone walls and winding paths throughout our tropical gardens. Our four private guest homes are situated on our lagoon accessible by a bridge that leads up Aji, our Restaurant & Bar, and the beach.
