Are you looking for that perfect location for a family vacation? Come and stay at our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in the much requested Terra Verde Resort (Kissimmee). We are located 10 minutes from Disney World, yet this beautiful resort is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. Enjoy the large swimming pool, game room, kids play area, volleyball, basketball court, tiki bar, or simply stroll the boardwalk along the inland lake.
After your exciting day in the Kissimmee/Orlando area you can come back and relax in our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. We have a full kitchen consisting of high quality appliances, new full size washer and dryer (if the mood strikes) and a warm inviting living area to kick back and watch television on our large flat screen TV (4 tv's total). There are even movies for each age group in the family as well as board games to enjoy with the kids and a Nintendo Gamecube with 10 different games to challenge your skills. For those cool evenings (there are some in Florida), or to simply unwind after a long day, relax in our hot tub on the back patio and get re-energized for the next day's activities! Our patio backs up to the expansive nature preserve so privacy and scenery are yours to enjoy!
There are so many things to do within the Terra Verde resort you may find yourself taking a break from a day at the parks to enjoy all we have to offer. The stunningly beautiful clubhouse with concierge services, wireless internet within and around the clubhouse area, ATM machine, restaurant guides, spa, conference room, arcade/game room, cardio gym will entice you to stay awhile. Other amenities include the large heated swimming pool, hot tub, volleyball net, basketball court, kids playland, etc. Oh! Did we mention our home is just a short stroll to all these amenities!
Our beautiful townhome (your home away from home) is located in the "golden triangle" meaning you are close to Disney World as well as Universal Studios, International Drive, Sea World, the airport and the Orlando Florida Mall. If you want a day at the beach, famed Cocoa Beach is only a 45 minute drive and has many public beaches available to you for free. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores and shopping all within 10 minutes from the resort!
Our family (Mike, Cindy and 4 kids) enjoy this resort and especially our townhome. When we looked at all the resorts in the area Terra Verde rose to the top of the list for obvious reasons! We feel very blessed to be able to offer you "our home away from home" for your family to enjoy. Why the Owner Chose Terra Verde Resort
We chose this area and specifically Terra Verde after looking at almost every resort in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. Terra Verde seems to have it all, from the homes being almost brand new, to the beautiful landscaping, clubhouse, pool, activities, fishing lake etc. When staying here you feel like you're off the beaten path yet you're so close to Disney World, Universal, Sea World, shopping, restaurants, golfing etc. You won't be able to beat the location and the amenities so look no further! We already did that for you!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
You're 10 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to the airport, Universal Studios, International drive etc. You're 5 minutes to grocery stores and more restaurants than you can possibly visit. Our home has a private, newer hot tub on the private back patio! The resort has an award winning clubhouse with free wireless internet, a large heated swimming pool and hot tub, tiki bar, basketball, volleyball, fishing, arcade room etc...You'll find yourself wanting to take a day off from the many sight seeing opportunities to just simply enjoy our home and our resort.

We're a family of six who love to travel when we can. Over the years we found ourselves continually drawn to Florida when traveling because of the many activities and of course the weather. We've stayed in many different accomodations over the years for both leisure and business travel. We feel we've seen it all and also feel we're the "typical family" and what we find accomodating, luxurious, economical, comfortable, family friendly, etc. other families would as well. We've set our home up with all this in mind and more and know you will love your stay with us!

Thanks Mike & Cindy for allowing us the use of your home to be our home for a week! We found it to be a great place to base ourselves to explore the local area. Theme parks were a short drive away, shopping minutes away & great facilities provided by the resort. The home provided ample room for our family with a laundry, additional bathroom downstairs, quiet neighbourhood and secure location. All as described on the internet. Would definately stay here again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a wonderful stay and Cindy & Mike's Townhome in Terra Verde. The townhome was exactly as described ... immaculate, roomy and had all the necessities you could need. Mike even arranged for us to have a pack n play and high chair for our 1 yr old grandson. The hot tub on the patio was a nice retreat when our grandson was napping. The resort was just a clean and well kept as the townhome. We have stayed at several resorts in this area the past 6 yrs and this was the most well maintained by far. The club house offered a sparkling, zero entry pool that was never crowded! Our grandson loved it! The club house offered many amenities with wifi, business center, fitness room, playround area, beach volleyball, basketball, sauna, and more. The staff at the club house were very warm and welcoming. The resort is located close to everything ... theme parks, shopping, restaurants and many other activities. We were very impressed with the quietness and security of the gated community. You will not be sorry by renting this unit from Cindy & Mike. Mike was fabulous to work with, responded to my many inquiries very expendiently and graciously. We thank them for kindly renting us their wonderful oasis.

We arrived at Mike and Cindy's unit not knowing exactly what to expect. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. It was very spacious and the worry free tile floor was graet for the children. The three bedrooms upstairs gave our children a place to relax. The three bathrooms, clothes washer and dryer as well as the dish washer made life easy for us. Thanks Mike and Cindy! If we go back to Disney we will be back as your unit.

The villa we stayed in was clean, well equiped, spacious and ideal for our family. The staff at the club house were extremely helpful. The pool at the club house was lovely and well kept. We would have no hesitation is recommending Terra Verde as a place to stay and also would highly recommend Mike and Cindy's villa where we stayed. We have a fantastic time there.

We recently stayed at Mike and Cindy's lovely condo. It was great not having to stay in a one room hotel. Our teenage boys loved the fact that they had their own bedrooms. I loved the privacy and the fact that we had a washer and dryer to use. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to disney.
