Thanks Mike & Cindy for allowing us the use of your home to be our home for a week! We found it to be a great place to base ourselves to explore the local area. Theme parks were a short drive away, shopping minutes away & great facilities provided by the resort. The home provided ample room for our family with a laundry, additional bathroom downstairs, quiet neighbourhood and secure location. All as described on the internet. Would definately stay here again.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Very Nice condo that we enjoyed using. Pictures on web site were accurate portrayal of what we found. Resort was well maintained. Security in and out of resort for safe environment. Teenagers as well as us enjoyed TVs in bedrooms. Hot Tub was great

Recently stayed at Mike and Cindy's townhome in Terra Verde. The house was perfect for us (2 adults & 2 kids) and had everything that we could possibly need. It really did feel like "home from home". The resort of Terra Verde is really nice, maintained well and is very much a family resort. Location is also perfect, close to the parks and the endless choice of eateries on HWY192 but just a perfect distance away from all that stuff to have a tranquil feel to it. Mike and Cindy were great to deal with and are really nice people. The entire booking process was painless and very well organised. Next time we go to Florida we will be staying at Mike and Cindy's townhome in Terra Verde.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Florida family vacation at Mike and Cindy's home in Terra Verde Resort. The location was ideal for visiting the theme parks and shopping. The facility including the clubhouse and pool were great. Our kids (5yr and 3yr) had a fabulous time swimming in the pool. The resort itself is very clean and secure. The Terra Verde staff were very friendly and accommodating. The home is very well maintained and met all our needs. The hot tub is great! We will look forward to our next Florida vacation at Mike and Cindy's Terra Verde home.

We stayed in Mike & Cindy's townhouse from 12 April to 1 May 2010 and had the most wonderful time in the best accommodation we have ever had in Orlando. Normally we stay at suite hotels and this was just so much better. Mike & Cindy were excellent at answering all our many questions before and after we booked and were incredibly helpful. The gated community itself felt very safe and everyone was extremely pleasant. The townhouse was more than we had hoped for. It was pristine when we arrived and is extremely spacious,comfortable and very homely. Everything we could have asked for was provided for us, down to towels for the pool/hot spa. We really could not have asked for anything better - in fact, had we been asked to describe the perfect holiday home, this would have been it. The back yard looks out onto a nature reserve and it feels very private as well as having a lovely outlook. We cannot praise Mike & Cindy's professionalism highly enough, nor can we praise the way the home is presented and the facilities it has highly enough. We will most certainly book this townhouse again.

Mike and Cindy have done a wonderful job making their townhouse a comfortable perfect place to stay while in the Orlando area. The townhouse is spacious and enabled us to have a mini-family reunion with our daugters and our 2 grandchildren. A plus is being able to stay in and cook if we choose. Terra Verde is a lovely family friendly complex close to all attractions. We look forward to returning in the coming years.

We recently stayed at Mike and Cindy's Terra Verde condominium, and are so happy that we did. Everything was perfect! The home was clean, comfortable, and large, and only about 10 minutes away from Disney World. It was a great place to come back to each day after being in the parks. The kids had their own space and really enjoyed the pool and clubhouse, as well as the private hot tub on the back patio. Being in the gated community felt very safe and secure. The home exceeded all of our expectations, and we plan to return again!

We recently stayed at Cindy and Mike's beautiful townhome at the Terra Verde Resort and we can't say enough of how enjoyable it was and how much it felt like home. They have a beautifully kept home with all the ammenities we were looking for and the pictures on VRBO totally did the place justice. The location was perfect and took us only about 10 minutes to hit the gates of the Disney Properties. Our group which consisted of 6 adults would highly recommend to anyone of trying this place out. Thanks again Cindy and Mike for sharing your beautiful home.

We recently stayed at Mike and Cindy's lovely condo. It was great not having to stay in a one room hotel. Our teenage boys loved the fact that they had their own bedrooms. I loved the privacy and the fact that we had a washer and dryer to use. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to disney.

The villa we stayed in was clean, well equiped, spacious and ideal for our family. The staff at the club house were extremely helpful. The pool at the club house was lovely and well kept. We would have no hesitation is recommending Terra Verde as a place to stay and also would highly recommend Mike and Cindy's villa where we stayed. We have a fantastic time there.

We arrived at Mike and Cindy's unit not knowing exactly what to expect. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. It was very spacious and the worry free tile floor was graet for the children. The three bedrooms upstairs gave our children a place to relax. The three bathrooms, clothes washer and dryer as well as the dish washer made life easy for us. Thanks Mike and Cindy! If we go back to Disney we will be back as your unit.

We had a wonderful stay and Cindy & Mike's Townhome in Terra Verde. The townhome was exactly as described ... immaculate, roomy and had all the necessities you could need. Mike even arranged for us to have a pack n play and high chair for our 1 yr old grandson. The hot tub on the patio was a nice retreat when our grandson was napping. The resort was just a clean and well kept as the townhome. We have stayed at several resorts in this area the past 6 yrs and this was the most well maintained by far. The club house offered a sparkling, zero entry pool that was never crowded! Our grandson loved it! The club house offered many amenities with wifi, business center, fitness room, playround area, beach volleyball, basketball, sauna, and more. The staff at the club house were very warm and welcoming. The resort is located close to everything ... theme parks, shopping, restaurants and many other activities. We were very impressed with the quietness and security of the gated community. You will not be sorry by renting this unit from Cindy & Mike. Mike was fabulous to work with, responded to my many inquiries very expendiently and graciously. We thank them for kindly renting us their wonderful oasis.
