Third Floor: Master bedroom luxury suite with trey ceiling, crown molding, upgraded bathroom (Jacuzzi tub; his/her sinks; large tiled shower); extra sitting area with full size bed...all with breathtaking lake views and a private balcony.

Scott, Beth & Eric Brubaker enjoy living in Destin, FL year-round. Scott, Retired USN Supply Corp Officer, raised in Colorado, has traveled to many exotic locations around the globe, but none matched the beauty of Destin's fine white beaches and Emerald Coast.
His wife of 16 years, Beth (former figure skating professional & 4th grade teacher), raised in Pennsylvania, has enjoyed living in Hawaii, Arizona, Colorado (son, Eric born) and finally settling in Florida together.
Eric, our active 10 year old (4th grader) enjoys golf, water sports at the beach and the active outdoor lifestyle that Florida offers.
