MONTECRISTO ESTATES: Nestled on the west side of Cabo San Lucas in the mountains above the beautiful Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort, featuring stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, the setting sun, and migrating whales. This is the only luxurious fractional ownership gated community on the Pacific Ocean. It is located next to the most prestigious private development on the Mexican Baja, Pedregal.
THE VILLA: This is a very luxurious 4500 square foot (2800 under roof and 1700 on decks) Hacienda-style, 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom split-level villa. It is built on the highest peak on the southern Baja; 800 feet above sea level and 200 feet above the highest villas in neighboring Pedegal. The villa has it's own private swimming pool, carport, gas grill BBQ, indoor Jacuzzi, outdoor hot tub for eight and much more.
The entrance courtyard has a beautiful water fountain and opens into a living room with fireplace and an entertainment center with TV, DVD, and stereo. The Villa is finished in marble, granite, and solid mahogany woodwork. An ultra-modern kitchen with all cooking accessories and utensils supplied. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and beautifully appointed with magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean.
Sleeping arrangements include two master bedroom suites with king size beds, private bath and dressing areas, one master bedroom with two queen size beds, private bath and dressing area, a queen size sofa-bed in the downstairs lounge, and a sofa for a child in the upstairs lounge. All linens are provided with daily maid service.

Guests staying at the Montecristo are allowed 'full access' to all the amenities at the stunning Sunset Beach Resort - see the web site link below for details and photo galleries. There are fine-dining restaurants, European Health Spa and Fitness Center, flood-lit tennis courts, boutiques, bars, delis, Coffee Shoppe, convenience store and market, 16th Century Chapel, medical center, five pools (all with swim up bars) and kids activities, car rental, Concierge service, and private chef service available.
If you do not have a car, you will also be provided with a free shuttle service to all Pueblo Bonito Resorts. You also have the ability to charge expenses from all Pueblo Bonito resorts to your villa at Montecristo.

So glad you sent this Don... I was meaning to let you know how amazing your villa was. The rose hotel was fun for our kids and us. We used our pool and spa everyday! No problems eating out in town every night. Had great excursions too (baja buggies, dinner cruise, shopping and fishing. The boys caught a big mahimahi and the hotel cooked it for us. Thank you again for the use of your villa. We would love to go back sometime. Our kids and us agreed it is by far the most beautiful accommodations we have ever had. Your Montecristo Villa was very nice....enjoyed it very much. Only stayed one night. Nice to be so close to the Club house and gym. The Staff at the Clubhouse were uniformly polite and friendly. Three of us girls checked in on a Thursday. We were greeted at the Airport and of course stopped on the way in for Beers. We had an easy checkin and were led to our villa by staff members. Each of us had our own bedroom and bath which was nice. The main master was huge...large bath with jacuzzi tub and extra large shower. It also had extra large closet with lots of cabinets and storage areas. It could have easily accomodated another adult as well as the other master downstairs. Our other friend stayed in the smaller guest bedroom, and it had a smaller bath as well. I think 5 or 6 could sleep comfortably there....8 - 10 people would be crowded. The kitchen was nice sized and adequately furnished. Dining area and den were nice too. The view was gorgeous both above and below our villa. The property was maintained and furnished beautifully. Our wish was the staff's command. We had our own concierge who was a phone call away. They made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The shuttle came to our door for pickup and delivery and was very convenient. The pool was breathtaking and enjoyed by all. Our stay far exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely go back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Owner: My wife and friends have stayed here several times. I believe these 3 ladies did not utilize the two sofa beds which is why they would say 8-10 would be crowded. Remember, the upper floor and lower floor together have over 4500 square foot of area.
