  Hi Michele Arrived home yesterday. Yes thank you despite the rain we had a great stay in Naples as ever have had rain over the years that we have visited but not constant cloud cover. We have left a brand new beach umbrella hopefully someone else will get to use it or maybe us when we return again. We loved the villa it had all of the home comforts and in a great location as expected and had everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable . We didn't get to use the pool as much as we would have hoped but did go in the hot tub a couple of times. We also used the bikes and really appreciated the beach pass which saved having to travel to a public beach and we did have several walks on the gulf shore. We did have a trip to Sanibel as we hadn't visited for several years and really enjoyed that also. I have definitely made the most of the local shopping this year! Thank you for all of the tips and your prompt response to my numerous e mails and thanks for returning the security deposit so promptly. Hopefully your villa will be available the next time we visit Many thanks Beverley

  We had found this vacation home on homeaway and were directly pleased with all the positive reviews as well as the overall concept of the house and location. We then also had a very open and friendly communication with Michele who is the owner and not only rented her villa to us but also provided us upfront with a lot of usefull information of the area. We have been there 3 weeks with 4 adults and 2 kids (3 & 1 year old) and everything worked out just great. Perfect for us Europeans we could even walk to the next Publix supermarket and with a short ride with the bikes we got to the beaches. The private beach access also turned out to be one of our favorites. Overall can just state that the villa itself was great -clean, modern with a lot of space for everyone and perfectly located within Naples which is just wonderful and we are already planning to come back.

  We rented this villa in Park Shore for the month of March. The villa perfectly matched its description and the pictures posted on the HomeAway website, with respect to cleanliness, decor and location. We were very comfortable. The location is exceptional. A short walk to the shops a Waterside; the Philharmonic; the Art Gallery and the local Publix grocery store. And a short drive to Mercado, Fresh Market, Costco, etc. We were pleased to entertain our Naples friends in this vacation property. We would highly recommend it to friends and relatives, but in any event, we have rented it again for six weeks in March and April 2014

  Hello Michèle: We can’t believe our holiday is already over! Words cannot describe the wonderful time we’ve had. Your villa was a dream come true. Absolutely nothing was missing, really unbelievable; the best place we’ve stayed so far. The beach was lovely, always ample parking. The beach chairs and umbrellas were most useful. Pierre my husband, felt a bit uneasy when we arrived, with leaving the spare BBQ gas cylinder inside the garage, so he put it outside beside the pool accessory storage bin on the lanai. It is still there. Therefore, we shall be leaving tomorrow morning around 9:00 am so we can mail your keys. We shall be taking our time getting back to Canada so we want you to receive your keys as soon as possible. Again Michèle, thank you for your continued input and wonderful suggestions.   Hi Michele Just a quick email to tell you that we both had a fantastic time at your lovely Naples villa. We really enjoyed the beach pass as we spent several days relaxing on the wonderful Naples beach. The bikes were also a great asset although we both found the trike quite difficult to steer!! We visited the post office and have returned the key as requested by certified mail the reference number on the side of the receipt we have is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX (hopefully we have this right!!) we sent them to the Naples address as per your written instructions. We have just about got over our jet lag and returned to a bright but chilly (42 degrees top temperature) London and I am already planning our next trip to Naples probably about the same time next year all being well so don't be surprised to see an email from us with availability request. So once again thanks very much for the way the whole process has been handled all very easy and painless a real pleasure. All the very best have a great Christmas in lovely Naples. Dave and Julie

  Hi Michele! I have tried to sign up so that I can give our review but it doesn't seem to work. This is what I wrote and I hope you can use it anyway. We had a wonderful stay in this perfect house. It was me, my husband,our teenage son ,his girlfriend and another couple. We felt just as home and the house was very clean and nicely furnished. All three bathrooms were in perfect condition. I can't think of one thing that we missed in the house. A lot of towels and beach chairs and also good bikes that we took to the beach. We liked the Clam pass beach the best since there was a nice beach restaurant at this location. Another thing that we really liked was that it was walking distance to four nice restaurants. That was nice because we drove around so much during the days that it felt nice not to have to drive to a restaurant. Michele was also very nice to talk to and we could tell that she wanted to do everything to make our vacation as nice as possible. We can strongly recommend this perfect villa an hope to come back some day.

  My wife and I recently spent (2) wonderful weeks at this villa. The villa is well equipped and extremely comfortable in all respects. It would be ideal for a couple as well as a large family. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. We especially liked the den, ideal for reading, TV or cocktails. We also spent quite a bit of time in and at the pool. Over the years we have stayed in homes and hotels in different parts of Naples. The Park Shore area where the villa is located is an especially nice and convenient area. You are close to all types of restaurants and shops in various price categories. And it’s all within walking distance, and that includes the beach. The owner, Michele told us we would not need a rental car. We decided to get one anyhow but we certainly could have easily done without. A final comment about the owner is important. She is extremely responsive and was very fast in getting back to us on our little requests and a few questions about the area. Definitely this was a winner.

  Everything about this trip was great! Booking was smooth, the owner was friendly, flexible and helpful. The keys arrived in a timely manner and she sent a bunch of information about things to do and nearby suggestions. Knowing that we had our dogs, she also sent several brochures on dog beaches and dog-friendly restaurants. Once we got to the villa, we immediately felt at home. The place is very nice, clean and user-friendly. We had absolutely no problems with the property. All appliances worked and we were happy to have the grill. We made good use of the hot tub and pool as well. The areas nearby are just stunning. There was so much to do in the small town and it really showcases Florida for the beautiful state we are. A must-do for those who are not Florida residents - rent a kayak and hit the waters near Lover's Key. There are many places to launch from and a series of marked trails. There is no better way to get an up close encounter with Florida bottle-nosed dolphins and manatees. We saw many each time we went out! Most the the areas here are gator free, but, if you want to see gators via kayak, you can find trails further away. For those who are bringing their dogs with them on vacation, this is a great way to incorporate them into your trip. My dogs loved navigating the waters. And, of course, the Bonita Springs dog beach is a must!! We spent most of our trip there and loved it!! During high tide, there is very little sandy beach left, luckily that was the day we brought our kayaks and made use of the waters. I would definitely recommend this villa!!

  This house was perfect for our family ( 2 adults and two 18 and 19 years old) , its big and very nicely decorated , we felt like home in just few hours. Everything you need is in the house just as promised, very clean and well maintained in every way. About the standard of the neighborhood you have the Waldorf Astoria hotel just down the road , the wonderful Village and the fabulous Waterside Shops just in a few min walking distance, that should tell a lot about the high class standard of the area. The private beach at Park Shore is the best beach we have been to ( we do travel a lot) . Naples Pier is few min away. We took a day trip to Miami , we visited Goodland and Marko Island. There is plenty to do if you want, but in the 3 weeks we were there we liked it best at the house/beach and the area around. As for restaurants and food you have everything in walking distance, like the awesome Naples Famous Pizza/Portofino which we visited several times, the Publix market is just around the corner with everything you need. Hairdresser, cleaners , you name it you got it all there. If you want go to other shopping you got it all in few min by car , like the Coastland mall and of course the Miramar outlets. In total I recommend this property for everyone no matter age , you will always find something to do or you can just do nothing but relax and enjoy the house , beach and the area. As for the owner Michele, she was wonderful from day one, we got all the information and help we could ask for. Thanks so much Michele, this was our best vacation so far.
