We startedd with a timeshare,just loved coming here with the kids and grandkids. So we just
bought and have loved it ever since. Our home away from home.

The trolly takes you to all spots in Sea Pines, Beach, South Beach, The Salty Dog & many shops. IT STOPS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE UNIT DRIVEWAY
Under the liberty oak in Harbour Town,great for all ages especially for children.
The south beach harbor and the famous Salty Dog restaurant/bar/ and T-shirt shop. Great shrimp. Also boat rentals and water tours are available.

Our family stayed at this villa for two weeks in July. Herb was excellent to deal with from the start -- very prompt, responsive and easy to deal with. The villa itself is large (end unit), was very clean when we arrived, is equipped with EVERYTHING (the most complete in any of the other rentals we've had through the years all over the US), located centrally (not too far from the Main Gate, close to Lawton Stables, just off the bike path, and a short walk to Harbor Town). It was very comfortable since it is well-equipped. Friends of ours who rented other Heritage Villas commented how spacious and complete the villa was compared to theirs. We would definitely recommend this villa and would stay here again. The only downside was that the clothes dryer took a very long time to dry a regular load of laundry (sometimes two hours).
Owner response:All fixed. The filter needed cleaning & our maintenance person cleaned and it works great.

Our family had a wonderful time at your villa. Everything was so nice and clean when we arrived. The beds are very comfortable. Nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the bathrooms are great as well! Nice to have a nice shower after a long day at the beach :) Our kids enjoyed it so much that they had tears when we left! I would absolutely recommend your villa. The location is so convenient to Harbour Town and nice place to take a bike ride. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

This villa was just great for our family of 5 plus my 2 sisters. It is in a great location, near Harbor Town and near the beach and a bike ride from the South Beach Marina. The owners, Herb & Eileen have equipped the villa with everything one might need for a great relaxing vaction. The villa was lovely, exceptionally clean & well appointed. The deck outside was lovely every morning for breakfast with a lovely view of the lagoon, the alligator and all the beautiful flowers in bloom and then again at night for a relaxing barbeque or drinks or just chatting with family & friends. There is plenty of activity at Harbor Town and was nice for our kids (2 teens & 11 yr old) to be able to walk or ride bikes to. Also, tennis, swimming, boat cruises, or just exploring the beaches. I definately recommend this villa!

This is our 4th time staying at this villa & it always feels like "coming home". The unit is clean & is updated every year with additional "creature comforts". My scottish terrier just loves all the trails & beaches in the winter months so that keeps us coming back. The owners are extremely efficient & make our stay relaxing & stress free. Highly recommended!!!!!!

This is by far the best villa we have every stayed in. Only reason we have ever stayed in other villas is because this one is booked when we are able to go to HHI. Very Very CLEAN villa, huge nice, furnished deck with a wonderful view of the lagoon, extra nice sliding glass doors. Lots of turtles in the lagoon to watch and listen to the tree frogs at night. Extra large villa so you don't feel cramped. Up to date furnishings and very nice tiled bathrooms . Wonderful location. Very easy to bike ride or walk to Harbour Town. Bike ride to the beach or to the Stables which my kids love to do to see the horses. The owners are superb in all ways. I have never met them face to face but feel as if they are like family to us. Super nice owners. Always very pleased 100% !!!!

As a repeat renter of this villa for more than 15 years, we really feel this place is our "home away from home". Within 30 minutes of arrival, our sons were off on their bikes to check out the island and familiar places they like to visit. Knowing the quality of our rental villa always eases our stress when we pack. The villa has everything needed and the beds are so comfortable. Sea Pines is the best plantation because of Harbour Town and to be within walking distance is a huge plus! This villa can be your home away from home too - it is highly recommended by our entire family!!!

This villa was wonderful. We've stayed several times at different Heritage villas but your unit was by far the nicest one. It was very clean, decorated nicely and had just about every amenity you need in a vacation home. The location of the villa is great - a short walk to Harbor Town. The pool on property was very nice too and a quick walk from the unit. Our pug loved staying there. Very comfortable. We'll be staying again.

This Villa is beautifully decorated and conveniently located. A short walk and you are in Harbourtown! The furnishings and interior are updated and in great condition. We had never tried renting through VRBO before, but you made it so easy. The deck is fantastic overlooking the lagoon. We felt very much at home while we were there, and can't wait until we can return again. Thanks

The restaurant list you sent was a great help,add the Longhorn for steaks v.good. Disappointed in the Sticky Fingers. We went sailing,Kayaking ,Bicydling,Beaching,Swimming,and Tennis also did the lighthouse.Villa was vary clean. WE had so much fun,we are ready to go back, but will have to wait untill next year. Will be booking your place again as was in great area to do things. Also we will recommend your condo to our friends & relatives. You both have been a delight to work with Thanks Tom & Linda Byrnes Stayed June 6-14-04 This is from letter they sent to us.
