Professionally decorated and furnished throughout, your villa's three Master Bedrooms each have en-suite full baths with marble tiled showers. Enjoy the Master Suite's Jacuzzi bath on the private master bedroom deck. The second floor lving includes a queen-size pull-out sofa, full bath and private/patio with 270 degree views of the Caribbean.

Outdoor dining on the lanai overlooking the glittering lights of St. Thomas can be a special memory especially when sampling local seafood grilled on the gas grill on the patio. Outside dining can comfortably accommodate seating for 10-12. Indoor dining can seat 8-10.
Enjoy a leisurely day relaxing at the infinity pool located at the clubhouse with fully equipped gym (right next door to our villa)...or a day at the beach...a short 2-minute drive to Great Cruz Bay (The Westin Resort) or one of the world-renowned North Shore beaches...take along lunch in one of our picnic coolers...and don't forget to grab one of our 8 beach chairs and beach towels. Casual & fine dining (and great shopping boutiques & galleries await you in a 3 minute drive into the picturesque town of Cruz Bay.
Upon your arrival we will have our property manager meet you at the ferry in Cruz Bay, escort you to our Villa and/or your rental car agency. We can also arrange or recommend car rental agencies, boat rentals, restaurants, and catering services, groceries stocked for your arrival, or just about anything you may wish to help make you stay enjoyable.

Why the Owner Chose Cruz Bay
We decided to finally buy a villa on St John in the hopes that it would encourage us to visit more often...it worked!. We liked that it was a large enough island to provide a host of activities and still have a small manageable feel. Young and old can comfortably stroll through the town of Cruz Bay and not be overwhelmed...yet still find plenty of interesting galleries, shops and restaurants...from very casual & beachy to five star cuisine. Nine miles at the other end of the island is Coral Bay with its own "time-has-stood-still" bohemian flavor and 1/2 dozen "good eating" spots.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The feedback from our guests so far has revolved around "the views", "spectacular Sunsets", and the furnishings. The fully-equipped gym with new state-of-the art equipment get's rave reviews along with the beautiful infinity pool with great Caribbean views & sunsets. 24/7 Security in this private gated community has also been a plus.
Foot-Passenger Ferry dock for ferries to St. THomas, and to islands in the BVI's (Tortola, Jost Van Dyke,Virgin Gorda) 3 minutes from our villa

We found St. John 16 years ago and typically came once ot twice a year until we finally took the plunge two years ago and bought a home on this beautiful island. Along with us, our children fell in love with the island and now think of any excuse to try and get back to St John. On each trip, even after so many, we still find a "new favorite" beach and snorkeling spot. We hope you'll enjoy and grow to love this special island and its residents as much as we have...and continue to return year after year.

Our family of 6 stayed at this beautiful villa the week of March 27, 2011 and loved it. Everything about it is a 10. It is a beautifully appointed and maintained villa. Much better than staying in a 5 star resort. Loved the 3 ring binder with recommendations for restaurants, beaches and things to do. We went deep sea fishing (awesome) and ate at SKinny Legs and the Fish Trap. Great recommendation to get food for the beach at Deli Grotto. Bobbie met us at Cruz Bay and was very helpful. We loved that the villa had beach bags, towels, chairs and toys that we could use to take to the beach. We also used the coolers to pack food and beverages. I used the workout room everyday and looked out at Cruz Bay while exercising. We very highly recommend this property and hope to go back in the near future.

Worthy of Architectural Digest!! The property was truly amazing. 180 degree views of Cruz Bay from every window. Beautifully maintained, and the help of Bobi with all information re property was fantastic. I would love to come back to this property for another vacation. We were there for daughter's wedding. It was a beautiful place for her to get dressed and ready to go to Trunk Bay for her ceremony. Everyone, taxis, tours, knew where Sirenusa was and had no problem getting around. Thanks again.

When you walk into this Villa you are in awe of the spectacular views from every room. Not only are the views magnificent but the funishings are beautiful and there are so, so many wonderful amenities!!! The owners thought of everything.....even beach chairs and beach towels were provided!!! We loved having our meals on the lovely lanai overlooking the beautiful Caribbean with views of St. Thomas and magnificent sunsets!!! Every room has there own bathroom which is a plus when traveling with other couples. There is even a powder room for guest to use!! Our stay here was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to return to this exquisite villa and beautiful St. John.

This villa is outstanding! My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and I stayed here the week of 4/18/09. You get the "WOW" factor as soon as you walk in the front door. The views from inside and out are just fabulous. In our opinion, we give this villa a 5 star rating! Luxury at its best. Beautiful interior and top of the line appliances. The views from the decks (3 decks) are outstanding. Fantastic sunsets. Hot tub for 4 is amazing. I'd get up at the crack of dawn and rock in the rocking chair on the deck overlooking Cruz Bay and St. Thomas. Just wonderful. The weather was perfect the entire week. Just a short drive to Cruz Bay where we visited several restaurants, bars, and shops. And, of course, the ferry to St. Thomas was right there too. The beaches in St. John are the best. We've been to Trunk Bay so we skipped that one this trip. We went to Hawksnest, Cinnamon Bay, Maho Bay, and Francis Bay. Loved them all but Francis Bay is our favorite. We also took a catamaran boat trip and snorkled in Leinster bay. Loved the all day trip. Captain Joe and Charmain were fantastic hosts. So if you are thinking of renting a villa in Cruz Bay, this villa should be on your list. We will definitely be back to this villa!

We just spent a week in this extraordinary villa. The open floor-plan, luxurious furnishings and exceptional amenities provided a wonderful home for our party of eight. The location overlooking Cruz Bay was perfect for our first visit to St. John as it was convenient to town and beautiful beaches. The owners and property manager were very helpful, providing practical, useful information and tourist suggestions for our stay. We hope to return and would highly recommend this extraordinary home.
