This is our family beach house and it is our pleasure to share our little piece of heaven with you and your family.
Located on the south side of New Smyrna Beach on the highly sought after, quiet, non-driving end in the Sea Dunes Community. It is one hour from the Orlando International Airport, Walt Disney World and other Orlando attractions.
We have two adjoining units, 2BR/2BA each, that can be rented together or separately. The upper unit has a queen bed in each bedroom plus a sleeper sofa. The lower unit has a king bed in the master bedroom and bunk beds plus a daybed with a trundle in the second bedroom.
Each unit is equipped with a one car garage. Also available are a washer and dryer and beach chairs for your unlimited use. There is a private walkway to the beautiful non-driving pristine beach. All linens, bath and beach towels provided.
Semi-Private Pool- shared with only 9 other units.
Lighted Tennis court.
Grocery store 5 minutes away.
