This ski-in/ski-out Logger's Run townhouse sits atop the mountain offering spectacular views of the slopes below. Our town home was designed with families in mind and sets up perfectly to be shared by more than one family. The three bedrooms, located on the third floor, are spacious and ideal for adults. We offer a fourth bedroom with a set of bunk beds on the main floor. We also have a unique 5th bedroom we call "The Teen Room" where our garage has been turned into a spacious bedroom with two bunkbeds, and a sofa. The kids will have their own space, and their own TV/DVD player with games while the adults get to enjoy the new large LCD flat screen TV.
Our kitchen is loaded with everything a gourmet chef will need including granite counter tops, and place settings for 15. Relax in the evenings on the second floor balcony overlooking the slopes and possibly enjoying a cold one while sitting in the hot tub. We have some of the best views on the mountain with easy access to the new ski trails on South Mountain and a short walk to the village. We are located right on the Upper Flume trail, so you can come back for a relaxing lunch at home. For those of you who just can't leave your work behind, we've provided High Speed DSL Internet service, so, if you must, bring it with you.
Whatever your pleasure, we think you'll find this Loggers Run unit will provide all the comforts of home and a little more. Life is good and it doesn't get much better than this!

great location ski in/out. Nice condo. Sleeps 12. Comfi beds. Well equiped kitchen. Unit is in need of some repairs and maintenance: hot tub smells and has lot of floating particles; Sliding door does not open but 1 foot; leaking water drip from ceiling and sliding door frame.
Owner response:Thanks for the feedback, the leak and door were fixed, too much ice build up from all the snow last year. If there are any issues with the hot tub, please call and our maintenance folks will be there right away. The hot tub is emptied and refilled after each stay. Thanks

What a great place! Stayed at house for both skiing and summer fun. Clean, spacious and perfect location. We had 10 in our party and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kids really liked the teen room (so did the adults!). Best part of house is the proximity to ski slope. That made for a very convenient day. We also loved the big spacious ski room to unload all of our ski stuff. Summer trip was also excellent with a day spent on the Greenbriar trail and hiking on one of the many hiking trails. We look forward to returning with our friends. Would highly recommend this rental!!
