Our new Hilton Head Island Vacation Home, located in the North Forest Beach area of the Island, is only 150 feet from the beach! You can put your mind at ease knowing we are located on the Ocean side of North Forest Beach Drive and there is no busy street for your family or small children to cross to get to the beach! We are literally 150 feet to the Ocean and it is so easy and convenient to walk up to the house to use the bathroom, have lunch, grab sunscreen, etc!
You will be preparing your meals in our beautiful, very large, gourmet kitchen equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar which also allows you to oversee the activities in the dining room, spacious great room, living room and pool!
On the main floor you will find the Master Bedroom with large french doors opening out to the swimming pool and spa. You will also find a large second bedroom with a full private bath on the main level. On this floor, you will also find a half bathroom accessible from the pool area. There is a full-size laundry room on this level.
Stairs or an elevator will take you upstairs to the 2nd level where you will find a very large sunroom complete with two big comfy couches and a big screen T.V. and french doors opening out to a large deck overlooking the pool area. In addition, upstairs are four large bedrooms, each with its own full private bath. You will also find an office / desk area and an additional quiet sitting area perfect for casual reading or relaxing or even to place an air mattress or two. This large sitting area on the top floor, is not picture on the website, but it large enough for two/three queen size air mattresses....perfect for a group of little kids to have a sleepover! Also, another full-size laundry room is located on this level.
The large pool and spa are located off the main level of the house with an extensive deck equipped with Chaise Lounge chairs, as well as a large covered area for those who wish to escape the Summer sun. If you wish to sunbathe, there is plenty of sunshine beaming down on the pool area. The pool area has a large grilling and dining area for your enjoyment. ***The pool and spa can be heated during cooler months. See Rates Below.
The main living room is a very large open room. It overlooks the kitchen and pool area and allows you to open up the french doors and walk directly out onto the deck for cocktails, grilling and swimming. High definition flat screen and large screen televisions are furnished throughout the house in each bedroom, living room and upstairs sunroom. Stairs or an elevator will allow access to all levels of the home.
Free Secure Wireless Internet. One hour daily tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club at no additional charge. Golf packages available upon request at an additional cost. Home is professionally managed and maintained.

****We have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rental to obtain discounted pricing on weekly bicycle rentals for our guests. They deliver the bikes to our house at no additional cost. Call 843-686-5833 to make your Bike reservation.
BEACH CHAIR and UMBRELLA Rental:
*****Beach Chairs and Umbrellas can be rented daily thru Shorebeach Rentals. Call 1-843-785-3494 for daily/weekly pricing and to reserve your beach chairs/umbrellas. Once you have reserved your chairs / umbrellas, the Beach Patrol will set them up each morning at our beach opening (62A) at 9:00 a.m. and will come back and take them down at 5:00 p.m. Tell them "Beach Marker 62A"

We love to ride as a family to The Salty Dog Cafe 5.5 miles each way or to Harbour Town 5 miles each way. Once you arrive, you will not need to go anywhere in your car for the rest of your vacation! We literally walk or bike everywhere we go!

Fiesta Fresh is one of the best kept secrets on the Island. Only the locals go so never any crowds and it is authentic fresh mexican food! It is on New Orleans..in back of McDonald's....tucked away!!! Our favorite!

Our children and friends love the convenience of having Coligny Plaza four blocks away! We walk up to the the grocery store, Piggly Wiggly every day. After years of going to Hilton Head, my children still cannot get enough of the little shops at Coligny Plaza! We also love walking up to The Market Street Cafe every night for dinner! At Coligny Plaza you will find Bike Rental Companies, Miniature Golf, Restaurants/Bars, Grocery Store, Movie Rental, Hair/Nail Salon, Rita's Ice Cream, The Ice Cream Store, Coligny Hardware, Chico's, Fresh Produce, The Cupcake Store, It's Greek To Me, too many places to name! Anyways, we love it and know you will too!!!
We also love to ride to The Salty Dog Cafe or Harbour Town both located in Sea Pines. It is approximately 5.5 miles each way, but the trails are shaded or you can ride on the beach!

My family all met there the week of August 6th and had the most relaxing time. There was 11 of us total and we had room to spare! The home is decorated very tastefully with a charming cozy feel! It was even better than the online photos. The walk to the beach is literally a "breeze". There's plenty of parking in the garage and the elevator makes loading and unloading so easy. The owners made sure that the smallest details were met. Everything is in walking or biking distance. We never got back into the car until we left. I would recommend this home to all my friends and family. I can't wait til our next trip!

This is one of the most beautiful homes that we have ever stayed in. This home is ideal for a family gathering. Our family (seven adults and two kids) had the most wonderful time staying here. We stayed here together for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the luxury and convenience that the home possessed. The separated bedrooms gave us privacy when we wanted it, and the spacious "community room" (kitchen/dining area) provided a great area for us all to hang out together. The modern kitchen was large enough to accommodate all of the cooks and seat everyone comfortably. The kitchen was so welcoming that we decided that stay in and cook each night! The location is perfect to so many things right nearby. We didn’t have to get in the car once after we arrived. We were able to walk to restaurants and grocery in minutes. It was also lovely to be able to walk right to the beach in just a few short steps from the house! The home is designed beautifully. The pool is a great way to relax and soak up the sun and have air conditioning at an arm’s length away. We loved having the convenience of the elevator to assist in bringing luggage in as well as the washer and dryer on each floor that made keeping things clean very easy. The garage on the bottom level was able to accommodate all 4 cars and the boat that we had with us too! We are so thankful that we were able to rent this beautiful home and most definitely will be back as soon as we can!

We had the best family vacation at Hilton Head this year. Everyone in the family said this home fit our large family the best. The accomodations are top notch. I just wanted you to know that every one of us loved your home. Really, it is one of the best we've ever rented and we've been at this for many years. With regard to aesthetics, the house has a really wonderful feel and floorplan. We appreciated the large common areas and the spacious, private bedrooms/baths for every couple (or group of kids). It's such a light and airy home, and your interior design is beautiful--lots of artistic touches. We also loved the location and all the conveniences you've built in. It was great to be so close to the beach and to shopping. Nice to be able to walk to the supermarket for a few items instead of always having to get in the car. We checked out the Dove Street lights a couple of times--very cool to be so close to that major winter attraction. We cooked in every night and decided that you have one of the best-equipped kitchens around. With our crowd, we made use of both large crockpots! The two laundry rooms made it very easy to keep up with the washing. Thanks for all the conveniences you built in--they were much used and appreciated. I'm sure we'll be in touch in the future. Thanks also for being so easy to work with at every step. All in all, a great week for us with wonderful memories that will stay with us.
