Our luxury home is located in Dollar Point, North Lake Tahoe, CA. There are 11 ski resorts nearby. World class skiing at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are only a 15 minutes drive. Our front deck has views of the mountains and the lake. Dollar Point amenities include 6 tennis courts a beautiful beach a short walk away and a pier.
Our back deck has a barbecue that is used year round.
Our non-smoking home is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps 8 people. The bedrooms consist of a master with king bed, a second bedroom with queen bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. A fully equipped kitchen and entertainment center create a feeling of comfort and relaxation after a day on the slopes.
This unique home is ideally located one and a half miles from Tahoe City which has a variety of restaurants and shopping.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$600/night (7 night minimum) Dec. 15 to Jan 5.
A $800 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
A $300 non refundable cleaning fee will be added to final payment. Final payment
is due 45 days before occupancy. Cancellation policy for a full refund is 45 days
45 days prior.
There is an $800 premium for New Years week.
All other dates $450/night 7 night minimum.
