SEAS the DAY!! WELCOME to the relaxed atmosphere and slow pace of life on 30-A!! The Beaches of South Walton are absolutely beautiful and await your arrival!
We offer our CLEAN and UPDATED home to you to enjoy for nightly (3 night minimum), weekly or monthly rental. Located in Beachside Villas, this recently renovated and updated 2 BR/BA ground floor unit is ideally suited for couples or small families that are seeking to escape the crowds of the more populated Destin and PCB areas. King, twin bunk beds, and one add'l twin, convertible couch, and a pack-n-play. NO road to cross!!
Our condo faces the beach, but as it is a ground floor unit you cannot really see the gulf (unless you try really hard!). That said, there is 25 yards of nicely landscaped lawn that leads to a fence/privacy hedge directly off of the porch. We usually open the back sliding glass door in the evenings and listen to the surf crash and feel the soothing sea breeze. The same can be said for coffee in the mornings.
Your walk will be an easy stroll (about 150 yards) to the boardwalk for immediate beach access. Our home offers a very comfortable living area, master bedroom w/ king bed, and a second bedroom with twin bunk beds and one add'l twin. Our newly furnished living area boasts a comfortable new pull-out sofa. Master bath has tub and shower, second bath has a walk in shower. There is a full kitchen completely furnished with all utensils, dinnerware, and glassware. A blender, coffee maker, and ice maker are also provided for your use as well as a full size washer and dryer for those long stays. TWO new flat screen HDTV's (one w/ built-in DVD Player). Don't forget to enjoy your mornings and evenings on our private porch.
Beachside Villas is ideally located away from the crowds BUT very close to so many of the activities that bring people back to this part of the Panhandle year after year. We mentioned the close proximity to Destin and Panama City Beach- SEASIDE is less than 5 minutes also. Many also enjoy exploring nearby Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach. Come once and you will no doubt want to come again!

The condo was everything that was pictured and more. The decor was absolutely charming and made you feel at home! There were so many extras that made the condo perfect. The owners were great to work with and did everything possible to make our last minute booking a success.

Writing this review a few months late - professional procrastinator - 2 friends of mine & I stayed here last June - 4 day weekend. Loved it! Clean. Walking distance to beach - but you are walking across a parking lot, then a boardwalk - so bring the cooler with wheels. Owners were extremely nice and easy to work with. Great location - short drive to restaurants/grocery/other beaches if you have friends/family staying in Watercolor/Rosemary/Destin, etc. Planning a return trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Seagrove BeachSide Villas. The until was just as described, very comfortable and fully stocked. The condo complex is also very nice, great location to beach, Seagrove, Eastern Lake, and all the great locations on senic 30A. The owners were great as well and the place was just as promised. The entire rental and visit was an excellent experience. If you have never been to this part of the FL panhandle, you will LOVE it. We loved the laid back atmosphere, lack of high rises, wonderful beaches, breath-taking sunsets, white sands......just typing this makes me want to go back. Thanks for opening your condo for rental on VRBO. We loved our time there.

My family (all 5 of us) stayed in this condo last week (first of June) and couldn't have had a better vacation! The amenities this condo offered were awesome...we cooked almost every meal, we watched all kinds of TV shows on the flat screens, and we even played family board games that were provided for us. Both pools are within feet of this place, and we walked to the beach every day, and rode our bikes all around town. :) The O'Brien's are wonderful people and are very family-oriented...they made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed here over the Memorial Day holiday and couldn't have been happier with this lovely condo! Well appointed, clean, and comfortable...especially the nice, big leather recliner in the living area. Great for a small family or group of friends. Owner is a breeze to work with, very flexible and friendly! Overall a great time and very satisfied with the condo and VRBO. Thanks!

We had a great first snowbird experience here. Everything was as depicted in the VRBO website. The owner was delightful to work with and answered any concerns immediately. She was extremely helpful and we can't thank her enough. Bob especially enjoyed the fishing from shore--it was productive and so gorgeous. It was all good!!
