Located in the centre of the prestigious Glenbrook resort, the house is situated off Highway 27, one mile north of the 192, to the west of Disney World (ten minutes away). Here the traffic is light and yet a very short journey will bring you to International Drive and the downtown Kissimmee areas.
The Glenbrook Resort FREE facilities are for the exclusive use of Glenbrook house guests. The resort clubhouse, designed with guest in mind, boasts a small gym, games room (air hockey and pool table) and a media/movie room. The clubhouse also has a PC and an unlimited wireless internet access. A full guest concierge service is also available. Recreation on site includes volleyball, tennis and a large designer swimming pool with fountain and sun loungers.
Easy access to both the I-4 and the US 192 also enables you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer. Located only 75 miles from the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches and 65 miles from the Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast.

Why the Owner Chose Glenbrook Resort
We searched a lot to find a nice house which is appropriately located towards most desired locations and attractions and there are a lot of them around! The combination of a magnificent and spacious house, together with the Clubhouse and Private Lake(!!) made the choice an easy one to make.
The house is suitably equipped to fit small and big groups and with two master bedrooms with en-suites, senior members of the group don't have to fight on which room to occupy!
The heated swimming pool, the recently converted games room and the various electronic games and entertainment system, makes our guest vacation an un-interruptible one. They have as much fun inside the house as outside it!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We equipped our house with all the tools that shortens distances and ensure a continuous steam of communication. With a broadband internet connection, cable TV, free landline international calls means we can visit the house and still be connected. The house is also fitted with an alarm system.
We also have a lovely 2 years old son, who loves the swimming pool and let's face it ... he thinks he can walk on water!! We therefore equipped the patio doors with an alarm system and the pool with a safety fence.

We enjoyed our stay in this house and both the owner and his agents were very friendly and informative. The house is nicely furnished and very clean, I had my doubt when I found that the price is so much cheaper than other houses I was looking at, but this is a perfect house in a very nice area at I guess a very affordable price. The resort and its facilities are nice and a walking distance from the home. The kids enjoyed the activities there, even though the games room at the house was also a place where they enjoyed their evenings.

Our family was very happy with our recent stay at your spacious home. The home was immaculately kept and beautifully appointed, and the house cleaners you have are outstanding--we loved the little special touches with the towels and household items. It was very welcoming. We were all quite impressed with the many amenities provided--including the Wii, the game room, and the family items such as the strollers, etc. You really thought of the needs of everyone in the family! We were very happy with the pool as well. Two of our granddaughters especially enjoyed having the pool right at their own home. We certainly will recommend your home to others without hesitation. As my first time as a rental house guest, this was great. I bugged the owner and the manager with tons of questions, and they were all very patient and helpful. The instructions were clear and true. The the property was very clean and cared for. The deco was in very good taste, and it make us feel rigth at home. An safe too (once i did a mistake programing the alarm in our way out, when we returned the alarm sounded when i open the door, and I turned off fast, in mere seconds, but the manager call us in less than 10 minutes to check on us and a patrol car also came in less than 10 minutes, just to make sure everything was cool.) If a have another big group going to the theme parks (we were 11 people), we are sure to return!! Close to the parks, everybody slept with confort, we loved the game room and the pool, close to supermarkets..etc. The place to be when in Orlando!

We stayed in the house from 3rd - 17th April 2010. A large family group (10) with the grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles and 2 small children. This house was ideal. Really nicely presented with lovely, large rooms and therefore plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a huge hit, as was the games room. The house was great for the chill out days, when taking a rest from the multitude of activities available in and around Orlando, but just as good for coming back from the parks and recuperating in the evening. In addition the owners, management company and the resort staff were all very helpful. In all, highly recommended!

Our family just spent the week at this house near Orlando in Clermont. It was just great from the 6 bedrooms to the attached pool and the game area, we enjoyed it all. We had the best time and the whole family would do it again another year. We would recommend this house for any family group or groups of families. Lots of room.

My family and I wanted to let you know we enjoyed staying at the villa while on vacation. It was the perfect size and everyone was very comfortable. The children enjoyed the video games and the swimming pool very much! For much of our stay, we couldn't remember if the neighborhood was the same one we stayed in previously in 2005 when we were on vacation. As it turns out, we were one street over, but it was very close still to all the attractions and parks we visited. We even spent a day at Cocoa Beach as well and we all had a really great time.
