Convenient and cozy best describes our modern, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment in a stylish part of the 15th arrondissement just off rue du Commerce.

All new furnishings include a stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, washer/dryer, small appliances and cookware. WI FI equipped as well.

Luxury linens are provided for the queen bed in the bedroom, convertible bed in the living room and bath. See interior photos on the Floor Plan page of our Paris Apt website.

Dining options include a table and chairs or the breakfast bar and stools. The leather couch is plush and comfy. Another great feature is the oversized shower in the bathroom.

The apartment is located on the rez de chaussez level and has lots of windows and light. There are high ceilings and both the living room and bedroom have ceiling fans for those rare occasions they might be utilized.

  • What a wonderful way to do Paris! The apartment is perfectly lovely and immaculately maintained! We felt right at home there and loved coming back to cozy comfort each evening after long days of touring the city.   • We stayed in this charming little apartment for 10 days in September and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and very well organized. It was also very well-equipped with all the every day necessities to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. In addition, the apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood, filled with delightful little wine and cheese shops, patisseries, and restaurants. We were able to buy a fresh baguette and pastries every morning (except Sunday) from a bakery around the corner. The apartment was also very close to the metro, with convenient connections to the sight worthy places in Paris. We would highly recommend this apartment to anybody who is looking for a comfortable and trouble-free stay. We are definitely planning to come back.

  • We stayed in this apartment for a week and enjoyed it immensely. The location is superb, with easy Metro and bus access. The neighborhood is filled with delightful shops and restaurants. The apt itself is decorated nicely and is very pleasant and comfortable. We highly recommend this lovely apartment.
