Accommodations: House, 4 Bedrooms + Den, 4 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)
Oceanfront, oceanfront, oceanfront....there is nothing else like it. All else is not oceanfront. Hang out on a private beach or on the deck. The views are almost the same. Just finished rennovations in may 2009.
Watch the dolphins, relax on the deck or lull yourself to sleep with the ocean waves. Wake up to beautiful sunrises. While the kids play in the sand, you can be active and swim, boogie board, kayak, surf fish or rent jet skis. Off shore fishing trips are readily available as well.
Large single family home with large decks on North Indian Beach(one block south of Dewey). 4/5 bedrooms (one is a den). Easy walk to Restaurants and Bay activities. 1 1/2 miles south of the center of rehoboth beach. All Bedrooms have King or Queen beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the den. The home fits 10 very comfortably. Plasma and LCD TVs. Kitchen has granite, double oven, double refridgerators, double dishwashers and a double sink. This home has been my primary residence for almost 5 years and i am moving out in May 2009 so the home is in excelent condition.

Absolutely NICE FAMILIES ONLY. NO WILD PEOPLE. NO GROUPS. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS, NO DOGS, NO PETS OR ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. These rules will be strictly enforced! There is easy parking for 5 cars, but you may be able top squeeze in 6. A 50% deposit will hold your dates. The balance of the rent and security deposit is due 60 days before check in.
