The lower floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and two bathrooms. The unit sleeps four comfortably. The yard is fully fenced.

Walking, jogging, bicycling, roller-blading and people-watching over miles of waterfront trails are just a few of the year-round activities. Alki Beach offers residents easy access to the airport, downtown Seattle, or the Seahawks’ and Mariners’ games via convenient, public bus transportation. Or instead, take the 12-minute Elliott Bay Water Taxi ride to downtown Seattle to shop or to visit Pike Place Market, Belltown or Pioneer Square.
