There are balconies off every bedroom, loft and a substantial deck off the dining room. Vaulted ceilings on main floor and loft. If beauty and comfort matter, you can’t do better than this.
One of the special features of this condo is its loft which not only contains a spacious sleeping area but an additional sitting area as well. There is also a 5-piece bathroom with jetted tub, separate large shower and double sinks off the loft.
Winter Park is not only famous for its winter sports but also summer activities such as hiking, mountain biking, golf, fishing etc. The alpine slide North America’s longest is located in the Winter Park resort.
Winter Park has a quaint town atmosphere with many small shops, galleries and restaurants. Most of the attractions are accessible either by walking or the free shuttle service (during ski season) for your convenience.

Why the Owner Chose Vasquez Village
Winter Park is our favorite ski area. We have been skiing here since 1976. The condo location in Winter Park has easy access to Winter park and Mary Jane Ski areas (only 8 to 10 minutes to the slopes).
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The condo is only one mile from downtown Winter Park. Shuttle service to the slopes is about 500 feet from the condo. Located on the top floor, it is quiet. View from the condo is exquisite. A spacious (2,000 sq.ft) provides a non-crowded environment. An oversized jetted tub will soothe your body after a hard day of skiing (or hiking).
