Spacious, 1500-square-foot unit overlooks the pool, ocean, marina, and lighthouse from the fifth and sixth floors. Two large bedrooms accommodate four comfortably, with walkouts onto the balcony for sunning, views, sunsets, breezes, and listening to the waves.
The main floor includes a completely remodeled kitchen and bath (with shower), gracious living room, and dining area with a window looking out to the ocean. This fifth-story floor has balcony access through patio doors from both living and dining rooms. The patio includes a table and chairs for meals, games, or visiting in the sunshine and breezes. The upstairs features a large bedroom with queen size bed; the second bedroom with a double bed; and a new bathroom w/shower.
The building complex features a large swimming pool, an oceanfront deck with a grill, tables, and lounge furniture, a perfect place to relax, sip a drink and watch the spectacular sunsets; clay tennis courts, security, friendly front desk help, a bar, restaurant, small grocery, and touring information service. Fresh produce can be purchased three days a week and shrimp five days a week from local vendors who come right to the building.
The complex is ideal for adults looking for a relaxing environment. It is located north of the busy "Golden Zone" across from a picturesque marina (approximately 35 minutes from the airport). Close enough to access activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. without the commotion and congestion of being in the tourist areas. A ferry ride across the marina puts the "Golden Zone" within walking distance; there is also a bus stop a short walk from the building. Buses run frequently, are very inexpensive and go to tourist areas (10 minutes), shopping centers, the city center, etc. Transportation from the airport is available, either by shuttle ($6-8) or by taxi cab (approximately $25).
