Special ** No Cleaning Fee in June ** This attractive oceanfront condo is located in a resort complex on 700 feet of pristine beach in Cape Canaveral. This is the closest beach to Orlando, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral. This unit is on the ground floor so there are no stairs and no ocean view and is just steps away from the ocean and heated pool. This 800 sq ft unit features living room, dining room, den, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with queen-size bed, vanity, full bath with shower/tub and separate shower. Sofa-bed in living room and futon in sunroom both sleeps two comfortably. Extra space and a Murphy bed for two makes this accommodation for up to six people comfortable and affordable. Our unit is tastefully furnished with everything you need to feel you are at home including washer and dryer, two televisions with DVD players, cable, wireless internet access, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, utensils, hair dryer and iron with ironing board. The unit also includes beach items (beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, fishing pole, sand toys, horseshoes, and a beach bag), soaps (dish, dishwasher, laundry, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash) and paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, and facial tissue) for your convenience.
Activities and Attractions:
You can watch rocket launches and cruise ships come and go from the beach. Orlando area attractions including Disney World, Epcot, and Universal Studios are less than an hour drive away. Orlando International Airport is a 40 minute drive away along the 'Bee line' expressway (SR 528). Restaurants galore up the street in Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach to the south. Walk to Port Canaveral fishing pier. Port Canaveral has fishing boat and Casino cruises every day/night. Kennedy Space Center is a 15 minute drive. Many public and private golf courses are located nearby, the closest are less than 15 minutes drive away. Cocoa Beach just minutes away, is great for people watching at the famous Cocoa Beach pier and home of the famous Ron Jon’s Surf Shop.

I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental on the Space Coast. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and more for a nice week long girls trip reunion. It had a very cozy feeling to it without feeling crowded or cramped at all. I've been renting properties on various beaches with my family for more than 10 years and have never had a condo/house with so many extras!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We loved to stay in this condo! We even loved it so much that we prolonged our stay which was originally planned for only one week to three weeks. Laura is such a kind and flexible host. It was very easy to work with her. Actually, we wanted to view Discovery's final launch. But as it was delayed we found many other things to do in the area (NASA visitor center, birding, Orlando theme parks, relaxing at the beach...). The location of the condo directly at the beach is great. You just have to put on the swim suit, grab your towel and go to the beach. You don't even need to put on shoes. :-) And the beach is very nice there. Not so many shells, but many, many birds and ships to be viewed. It is not crowded and not too lonely, just perfect. And with nice waves for swimming. We even saw dolphins just a few meters away from where we stood. And I got sunburned in November. ;-) Additionally to the shops already mentioned in the description there is a very nice organic food store very close by. We are really looking forward to staying again at Laura's condo some when and can recommend it highly!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

This rental had the best of both my worlds, something for me (Nana) and something for the family (adult kids and their kids 4 to 13). Amenities in the way of beautiful atmosphere and comforts for me, and boogie boards, fishing poles and beach chairs and other needs for the family, even a pac n' play when requested. We found enough sleeping space in comfort for all of us, and kitchen necessities and then some. Extra family for breakfast? enough tableware and dishes for all to feel special. I am already planning the next trip, we can't wait.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

My family and, I stayed in this particular condo. The owners had everything available for your use. The location is amazing, and I recommend this little piece of paradise to anyone. Not to mention, as you sit on your own private beach you are watching the beautiful cruise ships come, and go.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
