The master bedroom and bath is located on the main level adjacent to the laundry room. Upstairs on the second level, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin size bed that share one bathroom. On the opposite side of the home, a separate staircase exists leading to the upper level loft area which is perfect for reading a book or relaxing in the sitting area listening to the sounds of Gore Creek. This area is also furnished with a desk perfect to access internet service or as a private working retreat. The loft area has a small bedroom and bath that has two twin beds located in it.
Downstairs is an entertainment room ideal for children to get away and play. The bathroom off the recreation room is equipped with sauna and is located adjacent to the bunk room with six bunk beds. There is a lot of space in this home to gather together as family or to get away for some privacy.
Ideal for skiing or just quick transportation into Vail Village without needing a car, the bus stop is located just steps away from the front door. Family and guests will love the convenience of taking the bus into town and being dropped off right at your front door.
