The adjacent cabana comes complete with a small kitchenette including under counter refrigerator. Walk-in closet, as well as full tiled walk-in shower make it perfect for guests allowing for some separation, yet convenience.
The Great Room has a cathedral ceiling, large screen projection TV, as well as ample seating for entertaining. The kitchen is contemporary with all new appliances, granite countertops and an eat-in breakfast area overlooking the pool.
The Master Bedroom is complete with a king size bed, 2 walk-in closets, separate tub and shower and a small refrigerator. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen size convertible bed and internet access.
The fully equipped Laundry Room has an upgraded washer and dryer and serves as a second entrance to the house from the attached two car garage. A rear screened in lanai can be accessed from the Great Room, Dining Room and Master Bedroom. Outdoor ceiling fans allow for gracious outdoor Florida living.
Located 10 miles South of Downtown Naples (Fifth Avenue, Tin City, etc.), several miles West of Marco Island (Beaches, Restaurants, etc.) and two Public Golf Courses within walking distance of the house, you are centrally located in Southwest Florida for whatever relaxing pastimes interest you.
For rentals of one month or more, transferable membership to the deluxe, exclusive Player's Club is available, complete with resort pool, championship pool, tennis courts, fitness facility and spa, as well as the restaurant and tiki bar.
