The Main House 3000 sq ft has five bedrooms 3 full baths and can sleep 10 to 12. Ask about the price of the main house. Main house has a large living room (could seat 10 on folding chairs or card table if necessary) adjoining but separate dining room (seats 8) separate eat in kitchen (seats 4 to 6) island bar (seats 2) great room or family room can also have banquet tables or card tables set up to seat up to 8.
Family room has wood burning stove, TV DVD, VCR, game room, sofa, seating for 8.
Multi purpose room can have additional banquet tables, folding chairs to accommodate meals, meeting or games.
There are additional out buildings known as sleeping rooms which can be used as another private bedroom sleeps 2 to 7 on queen(s) or twin
There is another small cabin with 2 bunk beds that sleeps four
There is another large multi purpose room which can sleep 12 in bunk beds or queen areo beds. If bunks are used it is not multi purpose. If areo beds are used it can be additional gathering/eating/TV/recreational room especially in the winter when outdoor event tents might not be practical. It is perfect for large Thanksgiving/Christmas/Holiday or group gatherings.
Banquet tables, folding chairs, event tents, and catering needs are easily rented locally and can be set up prior to arrival or can be done by renter as they choose. Ask about packages for do-it- yourself vs prepared for you.
Large spacious decks wrap around the property along with a 26 ft balcony off the (2) 2nd floor rooms with outdoor reclining, seating and dining for 4-6.
