We arrived on Friday to find a clean and beautifully maintained home in a great location. The nautical/fishing theme in the home fits nicely with the area. The rooms and beds were perfect for our large family. The kids enjoyed some of the movies even though we hardly spent any time inside the house. The provided amenities were perfect as the kids watched TV and the adults enjoyed the back porch overlooking the Indian River while cooking in the BBQ. We trailered our 23' boat to Sebastian and launched it at the boat ramp about a block north of the house. The dock is in great shape and kept our boat safe in very windy conditions. Our dog also enjoyed the very large yard and the city dog park just north of the house! We enjoyed it so much we are planning on spending at least a week! Looking forward to making the next reservation!

A great place for any time of year, we stayed in October, the home was clean, well furnished, and very comfortable in which to stay. The fishing was great off the dock as well as the other areas around Sebastion Inlet I'd definitely come again
Owner response:Perfect guests... took good care of the home and we welcome them back again anytime!

I have to say, this home in Sabastian provided us a wonderful 2 week vacation. The town of Sebastian is a true gem on the treasure coast of FL! This beautiful home is located right on the river where we saw dolphin swimming each and every day. We caught fish off the dock, walked to the park and restaurants, observed birds and reptiles and simply relaxed for the 2 week experience. I recommend calling on Captain Eric (Skipper Charters out of Captain Hirams) to give you a tour of the inlet and a fishing experience. We will definitely return. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in this gem of a town!

Property is in an excellent location, close to boardwalk/restaurants. Everything was nice and clean, had everything we needed. Kids had a great time, even had several board games and was able to get them to unplug and play the old fashioned way! We would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to others.

This is the second year we have stayed at this lovely home in Sebastian. We were again delighted with the serenity and beauty the location provides. Each morning and evening we are blessed with a spectacular sunrise and sunset respectfully. There is a family of dolphins that provide us company as we kayak around this lovely area. We highly recommend this home.
Owner response:Perfect guests, left the home clean and well taken care of. We welcome them back anytime!

Florida at it's finest. This is by far the finest VRBO property I've ever stayed in for the money. The house is immaculate and the location is unbeatable. The dock is within steps of your back porch or out of the Master bedroom. Words just can't describe how nice this place is. A bike ride away from a fresh produce stand that's right down the street. Fine dining at Captain Hiram's or kick back at their Sand Bar less than a 1/2 mile to the North. It's a florida dream vacation home and the owners are the best you could ask for. Be sure and take advantage of the kayaks that come with the house, there are islands less than 200 yards off shore to explore and party. It's truly paradise !
Owner response:Perfect guests.... Jeff and his friends took good care of the home, cleaned up well before they left, and we welcome them back anytime!

We were very impressed with the beauty and serenity the location provided. The owners description along with the pictures of the home, are quite accurate. Although to experience the breeze off the lagoon, the sunrise and sunsets, the jumping fish, kayaking, all of the warmth this home provides yourself, is truly a joy. The area is quaint and provides a casual and friendly atmosphere. We didn't want to leave which means we definitely want to come back:-) We highly recommend this rental!
Owner response:Perfect guests! Thanks again, and welcome back anytime!

The home was great! The place is really pretty, clean and quiet. We loved your landscaping and the dock and the view is beautiful. Sebastian is a nice small town and we loved the riverwalk. Captain Hiram's has great fish and oysters on the half shell. We even cooked seafood at the home. We went straight to the house with the directions given and had no trouble getting in. The best thing was getting out of the Indiana cold! Highly recommend it and hope to get back sometime.
Owner response:A true pleasure...Linda took great care of the home, and we are looking forward too have her and her family stay again. Thanks!

Stayed in August for the opening of Lobster Season. Fantastic house and is a lot nicer than the place where we previously stayed on our annual lobster trip. Close to the inlet, so getting to the dive sites was easy. Everything we needed was close by (fuel, food, bait, etc). Going on-line to book for 2010.
Owner response:Tim comes here every year for Lobster season, the scuba diving is great off Sebastian! A perfect guest, Tim takes great care of the home an we look forward to having him stay in 2011

Simply amazing! The pictures here are just to give you a brief picture of what to expect, but if you physically came to see it for yourself it is a spectacular view. Sebastian inlet state park was only a few minutes away so we went there to catch some nice big snooks. This house couldn't have been any better. It was a very clean and pleasant place to stay for our vacation trip and the owner was very friendly. Another thing I'd like to mention is that there is a Walmart and Publix very close by which was very convenient for our trip. I hope to come back sometime in the future!

We really enjoyed our week in Sebastian. The house was perfect. It made our stay very enjoyable. You can see that the owner takes great pride in his property. A great neighborhood with parks, the waterfront, city docks, and playgrounds. We want to return as soon as possible.

Had a family gathering here and it was setup perfect for a great fishing trip. The sebastian inlet was not far at all, about 1 mile from the boat doc, islands directly across from the backyard. Very Pretty! We went 16 miles offshore and caught enough fish for everyone, Had a fish fry in the backyard on one of the 2 charcoal grills. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking gear and dishes, The house is decorated like crazy with fishing poles, fish, lures. Beds where comfortable, we fit everyone with ease, (8 adults). Boat ramp is 1/2 mile north, and bait shop is right across from the boat ramp (or catch live bait yourself right off the island directly across from the house, bring your casting net!) Super Walmart right down the street, super quiet but with all the amenity's at the same time! Definitely looking forward for a repeat stay!

I love this place! It's so relaxing, I look forward to visiting as much as possible. Having the water accessible right at your back door is awasome, and what an experience to travel these waters. The beach is less then 30 minutes away, it's the most cleanest water I've seen in Florida; I felt like I was in Hawaii again! You too can enjoy this wonderful place. I highly recommend this location if your looking for a get-away from the hussel and bussel of everyday. Bring your boat, you'll have a blast!!! Marie
