Resident ID cards are $50 for 2 people. We will waive the $50 fee for a 1 month mimimum rental. The card entitles you to all the amenities of a resident in The Villages including free golf on 29 executive courses ($3.50 cart path fee extra), reduced rates on all the championship golf courses (9 courses), access to many recreation centers and a private residents club and restaurant with nightly dining and entertainment.
Local Phone service. Brand new 37 inch LCD HDTV/DVD/VCR in living room, queen bed/32 LCD HDTV/DVD-R in master bedroom with private bathroom, with dual sinks, tiled shower with bench seat with grab bar, and his and hers walk-in closets. Queen bed with new Sealy mattresses in both bedrooms and Euro Lounger in the third bedroom. The second and third bedrooms share a second full bathroom. A pocket door separating the two guest bedrooms and bathroom from the living area allows for additional privacy.
Enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast in the Lanai. Play Golf and have lunch at the club house pool, bar and grill. Relax at one of over 40 pools and then head down to one of the town squares for live music, dancing and happy hour every night. Dine in one of the nine country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the many great restaurants at either of the town squares (or the third now under construction). After dinner take in a movie or head over to Katie Belle's Night Club, Resident ID Card required, for some late night live entertainment and dancing.
Enjoy all the fun with the golf car. Over 90 miles of golf cart paths lets you explore all of these great benefits without ever renting an automobile.

You must be at least 35 years old to rent (NO CHILDREN PLEASE!) - no smoking or pets allowed.
Security Deposit/Cleaning Fee: A security deposit is required to guarantee the reservation.
The Security Deposit includes a $75 cleaning fee. Landlord will return Tenant’s security deposit, less the cleaning fee, within 14 days after Tenant has vacated the premises, returned keys, and everything is in proper order.
Any and all State & Local lodging and/or Sales Taxes are included in rental rates.

We bought our rental home in The Villages because it is God's waiting room to Heaven. The Villages is the greatest retirement community anywhere. There are more than 1300 activities going on here. I call it Paradise.

Everything imaginable was provided. The house is clean and well-maintained. The landscaping is beautiful. I met the owners four or five times and they are very nice and helpful. Any questions are immediately answered. The location is a 7-minute golf cart ride to Colony Cottage Regional Rec. Center and the Colony Plaza, a 2-minute walk to the Amelia pool where you can get a newspaper, and a 10-minute walk to O'Dell Rec. Center.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.
