Downstairs there is a private room/den with a full size futon for extra sleeping space. "Sunrise" also has a living room and family room with a 60 inch 1080i big screen to view movies or TV. The kitchen is modern with all the amenities needed to cook or entertain, and is surrounded by two dining areas, and a wet bar around the corner.
Outside there is a generous patio with seating, and a gas barbeque to enjoy the nice private, fenced yard. "Sunrise" is also part of a community association, so there is access to a swimming pool, tennis courts and a hot tub during the summer season. Located less than 10 minutes from downtown and in the beautiful Lakeridge community, this home is a great place for your next vacation or event.
