My family and I stayed in this lovely home. The owner is super nice and very attentive. The home was very clean, comfortable and in a very nice location. We really enjoyed our stay in Berkley and couldn't have asked for a greater VRBO experience. Thanks again. We had a lovely time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

My husband and I stayed here for a month, visiting our son and his family who live in a nearby town. Although this absolutely darling home has retained most of it's oldtime charm, it has all the comforts we've come to expect in the 21st century. Its setting far back from the street means that it's quiet; Also, when we would leave the house to walk to the street, all kinds of flower scents would accompany us on our short walk (we were there in Spring.) The owner is very pleasant and helpful, and provides the visitor with information on area attractions and restaurants.The location, within walking distance of downtown Berkeley and in a safe neighborhood, is excellent. When I think of this lovely little home I get a strong urge to return, which we will!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
