Palm Aire Country Club is located approximately three miles from Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, one mile from Interstate I-75 and approximately five miles to Sarasota Business district. Beautiful white sand beaches on Siesta Key and Longboat Key are minutes away. There is also a swimming pool in the complex. This unit is fully furnished, and includes all linens, silverware, and a washer/dryer combination in unit.

For your convenience, there is a large living room/dining room and a full kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave & all utensils. It is very clean and recently painted.New outdoor furniture consisting of two coushioned chairs and table are on lanai. NON SMOKERS ONLY please apply.

Sarasota is an upscale city on beautiful west coast of Florida. There are numerous golf courses within a ten minute drive. Theme parks in Orlando are approximately a two hour drive.
