Stonebridge Country Club, a gated (24-hour security guards) community, is one of the most beautiful, desirable communities in North Naples. Stonebridge has the amenities: golf course, driving, putting and chipping range, health club, five Har-Tru (soft) tennis courts (no court fee for Stonebridge residential members, renters and tennis members, a $5 guest fee per person per day for all visiting family members and friends, houseguests, and local non-members 16 years of age and older; guests a limited to playing after 1:00pm), community and local swimming pool and a full service 20,000 square foot clubhouse and bar/grill. The Country Club privileges can be transferred for a reasonable ($300) fee.
Our 'Little Place' is a luxurious, designer decorated, two bedroom, two bath condominium. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and the guest bedroom has queen bed. Both bedrooms have have walk-in closets. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a great eating area. There is also a more-formal dining area. Morning coffee on the furnished screened lanai. This first floor unit overlooks the 14th tee box and fairway of the 18-hole championship golf course.
Note, our 'Little Place' is our 2nd home, not an investment unit and we maintain, care and use it just like we do for our home, probably better.

Why the Owner Chose Stonebridge Country Club
Stonebridge is just a beautiful gated community in a great location. Our 'Little Place' is on the golf course overlooking a pond and the 14th tee box and we play every day we are here. We walk to the tennis courts, the workout facility and the club house. Stonebridge is close to everything in North Naples and just 10 minutes to a great beach and park (Delnor Wiggins State Park), 20 minutes to 5th Avenue (old Naples) and 25 minutes to the airport(Regional Southwest).

We had enjoyed the North Naples area (Vanderbilt Beach) for over 20 years before buying our 'Little Place' in early 2007. It is truly the perfect vacation home in the perfect part of Southwestern Florida. Since we still work, have our brood (Rocky the cat, Madison the Airedale and Skyler the Welsh Terrier) and also the kids and grandkids ‘up-north, we are only able to get down to our “Little Place” 5-6 times a year.
