  My wife and I just spent a week in your vacation unit. We were totally impressed with the accommodations. We have been vacationing in the Indian Shores/ Indian Rocks are for many years because we love it there. We both agreed that your place is probably the best we have experienced. The unit is so well decorated and updated. The unobstructed views were spectacular. We certainly hope to be able to have return stay next year. Thanks.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location, right on the beach. Sitting on the porch, overlooking the ocean and taking early morning and evening walks on the beach was a highlight. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all of our communications. We will definitely stay again if it is available next time we visit the area. We would recommend this condo to our friends and relatives.

  We couldn't believe that we had found a deal this good and were a little uneasy. We shouldn't have been! This condo is exactly as described. I had that "oh good" look on my face when I opened the door. The owner was very efficient and easy to work with. Both bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy. Balcony was spacious and the place is literally right on the beach. The washer dryer is in the hallway, but you are only sharing with about 4 other places....no big deal at all. The knives were some of the best we have ever had. We will definitely return!

  I was fortunate and had the opportunity to book this property at the last minute and share this incredible experience with my family. I live locally and my family, visiting from Georgia, were blown away by the view from the balcony as well as the condo. I have stayed in many places along the Florida Gulf Coast, this is one of the best views by far for the money. The moment we entered the condo, we knew this was a special place and the pleasant surprise of all the upgrades along with the cleanliness of this place made the stay a memorable one. Thumbs up on this property and we will most definitely return to experience this all over again!

  Very, very pleased with this 2 bedroom condo corner unit. It's amazingly large and bright just as advertised, owner was quick to respond to any questions I had, and it's a "great" place for pet owners! The condo is well maintained, fully furnished, and a great place to relax, listen to the surf, .and take in all the sights and sounds of Indian Shores. The local restaurants were fantastic...you must go to Salt Rock Grill (just across the street)....5 star in our book! Highly recommend this rental, would definitely stay there again! Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us!

  We very pleased with how clean and comfortable and well maintained the condo was - very nice. Were were most happy with the great view and the close proximity to the water. The sound of the surf and the consistent sea breeze kept things very pleasant even on the hottest days. The beach felt secluded even on the weekends and we thoroughly enjoyed time here. Would definitely will recommend to others.

  Upon arrival we had a very hard time getting into the unit because of very vague instructions sent to us. After finally being able to contact the owner he explained the numbers sent to us on the instructions were not the access code to the door lock. We had to create our own code. That was fine but it would have been helpful to know before hand. His attitude was less then friendly when I explained this problem to him. He told us he would be arriving the day we were scheduled to leave there. The unit is fairly nice but the TV in the bedroom would not work except on the same channel as the one in the living room. There is no TV in the kids room. On the last two days there the A/C unit stopped cooling & was leaking water in the floor. I tried to contact the owner several times concerning this. I recieved no return call. The washer and dryer is not in the unit, they are small coin operated machines in a shared area of the building. Knowing that the owner would be there shortly after we left we took extra effort to make sure we left the place clean. We mopped the floors, vaccumed the carpets. Took out all trash, made sure all dishes were clean, counter tops clean, ect. A couple weeks after we left I contacted the owner about our deposit. He stated we left food in the sink, ( which is absolutely untrue!!) & left the place a mess. He said we should have washed all linens before we left. It would have been very hard to be out of the unit by 10.00AM if we had washed all linens & made the beds. He said we left food in the refridgerator. The food in the fridge that was left, was there when we got there. It was musterd, catsup, mayo, ect left by the people before us. I explained this to him but he would not hear of it. He stated he kept $50.00 of my deposit because of this. When I finally got my check it was $80.00 short. The sunset is pretty there, but the best I could tell it looks the same all the way up the coast. He offered no consessions for the broke A/C except to say when he got there he had it fixed in no time. Live and learn I guess.

  Owner response: This person is obviously upset due to a small penalty ($80) for having left the place filthy. I think my other reviews speak for themselves. I would never expect linens cleaned on departure and the door lock is an easy to use professional resort lock. He obviously didn't read the instructions.

  The condo is definitely as advertised. Our expectations were exceeded. The owner was quick to respond with some general information that I needed about the condo. We will definitely stay there in the future. Overall great place to stay!

  Great end unit so you have more windows to see the view. Owner was very accomodating. Covered parking for the unit is nice. This part of the beach is not as crowded so relaxing. Loved the view and sunsets from the porch!

  This condo is an end unit overlooking the beach ... the light from the windows makes the condo very bright and the views of the ocean and beach are beautiful. The kitchen is extremely well appointed for any caliber of cook... we had several family meals here and it was like being at home... all the equipment you'd ever need and more. The kitchen, eating area and living room are one large great room which was nice to be able to converse back and forth without having to change rooms.... the living room and tv area are also well equipped with the latest gadgets. Both of the bedrooms are large and the beds are extremely comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again.

  I needed and escape from the crazy lifestyle of Miami, and this was the perfect getaway. Waking up to the ocean everyday and relaxing to the view of a gorgeous sunset every evening exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The building was easy to find and the place was clean from the halls of the building to the interior of the unit. Everything about my stay was fantastic and the owner was very accommodating when I asked if I could extend my stay. I would definitely recommend this spot to friends and family and I can't wait till I have some free time to go back and enjoy some fresh ocean air and breathtaking sunsets!!

  My wife and I have been coming to Florida and the gulf beaches for years. This is our first time staying at The Pointe and I have to admit that the views from this building are by far the best on the beach. The building sits out closer to the water than any other and view in all directions is simply amazing. In addition to the views the condo itself is nicely done with all new ammenities. I have to say it's one of the nicest on the beaches and we'll certainly be back as the complex and this unit have certainly spoiled us.

  I have been vacationing in this area for several years. I have rented numerous cottages, houses and condos and this is by far the best. This condo offer a fantastic view of the ocean, spacious rooms with upscale decor and,deluxe appliances.My wife and I enjoyed the local restaurants and the convenience of all sorts of shopping close by. we will surely plan on returning to The Pointe

  This condo has many windows and gorgeous views. The kitchen is fabulous and has everything you need. We cooked most of our meals and ate on the balcony to enjoy the view. The keyless entry is very easy to use and there was no key to worry about while spending time on the beach. You can walk on the beach for miles in either direction. This area of the beach is beautiful and wasn't crowded or busy. There were beach chairs in the closet for us to borrow. The parking is in the shade under the building, which is close to the elevator. There is a coffee shop across the street where we walked for ice cream every day. There is also a nice restaurant across the street, if you choose not to cook. The nearby activities we recommend are the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and John's Pass. John's Pass has a wide variety of stores, restaurants, and activities. We had dinner on the outside deck at Sculley's. The tables overlook John's Pass and had a great view of the dolphins.

  We enjoyed our stay in this modern and clean condo very much. The location is superb, right on a first class beach with great sunsets. There are lots of quality restaurants nearby by and some are within walking distance, The under the building parking is convenient and well kept.. Kitchen is very well equipped and appliances are modern and of excellent quality. The bathrooms are very nicely finished and the fixturers are modern and also of excellent quality. Furnishings in the living room and dining room are of very good quality. Bedrooms are roomy and comfortable Complimentary internet access and long distance service were much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to my family and friends. We will be returning in 2011.

  This was our first trip to Florida for me, my husband, and our daughter. The condo was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better view. We loved sitting out on the balcony and eating breakfast. We were very impressed with the size of the rooms and the size of the closets. We were very sad when it was time to leave. We would highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again! The owner was very easy to work with and we hand no hassels with anything. Loved it!!!

  We loved our stay in Florida. The location on the beach couldn't have been better. Beautiful views and uncrowded, too!! The condo was great with a well equipped kitchen and tasteful coastal decor through-out. The covered parking is also a plus. It was a perfect getaway!!!

  My husband and I took our daughter and two friends with us and stayed at this condo. We LOVED it! The condo is very modern and we felt right at home. The view of the Gulf every morning was so pleasant. The beach is wonderful too! I highly recommend this condo and location! This would be good for a couple or a family.

  Wow! The condo was really great. The location was perfect. We really loved The Salt Rock. I couldn't believe how nice the condo was inside. The owner had really decorated the place great. I've never stayed at a nicer vacation property ever.
