  • My daughter and I stayed here for about a week while she was interviewing for jobs in LA. I spent the days at the beach and riding the bike along the beach to the shopping area. Larry was so nice and he left us a nice welcome gift - cookies (yum)! I would definitely rent this house again!

  • My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed our stay. It was very cozy and we loved how it was decorated. It's on a quiet street and very close to the beach which was nice for my morning walks. It was also nice to be able to use the bikes to ride along the bike path along the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

  • This rental was great for myself, husband and 6 month old son. It is ideal to have our own kitchen and the garage was wonderful as well. The location was fantastic, only 3 houses up from the boardwalk and the beautiful beach! The owners are very friendly and helpful.

  • My family (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at the Manhattan Beach house for almost a week in March. We had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully maintained and the owners have gone to great lengths to make you feel at home. The place was a perfect size for us and the garage and washer/dryer made our lives so much easier. We really loved the beach! We took full advantage of the body boards and really enjoyed watching all the surfers. The water is a big cold in March, but it didn't stop our 10 year old daughter at all. She's aleady asking when we can go back.

  • I stayed here for two weeks in December and loved every minute of my vacation. The house is wonderfully decorated and very cozy--a true home away from home. Larry and his wife both have an amazing eye for detail, and have decorated their beach house with lush fabrics, warm colors, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen and bathroom are very functional, and I appreciated the garage parking for my car. I absolutely loved everything about the house, including its location: just a few houses from the beach and the Strand (miles and miles of walking and biking paths), and a short walk to great restaurants and downtown Manhattan Beach. I can't wait to go back!
