Lovely 4 bedroom home high on a hill two blocks from the village of beautiful Madison, 3 blocks from Seaview beach, a mile from Hammonnasset State beach, and a few miles to 3 town beaches including the Surf Club (a full facility town beach with playground, food, picnic area, baseball and basketball, etc.). We also boast first-class restaurants, arts cinema, nationally known bookstore, year-round outdoor art exhibition.....the list goes on.
Our home has been enjoyed by vacationers for the past 10 summers. Please inquire about the Summer of 2010 (July & August).
AVAILABLE PRESIDENTS WEEK IN FEBRUARY 2010. Pool would obviously be closed but we will make our new hot tub available. Rate is $395 night. Please no pets or smoking. Email us for details.
The area has so much to offer and is a terrific respite from the city (our brand new train station is just blocks away!)
PLEASE NOTE that we also have a guest house on the premises (available academically Oct-May and Summer 2010).
