Gated compound complete with pier and two electric boat lifts, observation tower, and 600 ft elevated walkway along tidal pool. Spectacular eagle and nature watching. Kayaks, canoe etc. all equipment provided. Queen size beds with thermopedic pads. Well-equipped kitchen for your eat-in pleasure. Includes internet service
$250 refundable security deposit which is returned on departure once we have inspected cottage. There is a $75 clean-up fee. Normally we expect payment in advance which includes $250 deposit to secure your reservation. Normal minimum stay is 3 days at $160 per night, however we will consider last minute bookings for a single night. Weekly rate is $1000. Payment through Paypal, check or cash. If by check must have time for check to clear prior to arrival.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$160/night (three night minimum preferred) .. $1000/week
Payment through PayPal, check or cash. If paying by check must have time for check
to clear prior to arrival. $250 refundable security deposit is returned at
departure unless client leaves before inspection. There is a $75 cleaning fee.
We expect full payment 30 days in advance of stay including security deposit and
six percent state tax.
