I stayed in the apartment for a whole month. a fantastic apt for a couple or a family with young children. I highly recommend it, it was clean and comfortable and you can even hear the music from piazza navona when you open the windows. Paolo is great and very helpful. I look forward to going back again soon.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Paolo's apartment. It was very convenient to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and most of the sites in Rome. Also close to a supermarket. The apartment was very clean and convenient to have wireless access and phone. We also stayed at Paolo's apartment near the Colosseum, which was much bigger and also close to a supermarket, pastry shop etc. Both Paolo and his mother were very helpful in getting settled in and providing transportation to/from the airport. They were very responsive to any of our needs. Thanks for your great hospitality and hopefully we can visit again some day!

Paolo, thank you very much for the decent place. It is warm, clean and has everything one may need. Pizza Navona is just behind the building. It was also very easy to walk to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Spar supermarket is less than 100 m. Actually, it added a lot to our trip. Whenever I come back to Rome, I'm sure I will stay in your nice place. Thank you again for everything :)

I had a wonderful stay in Paolo's apartment. He was very helpful and professional throughout booking and his mother was very kind as well. Upon arrival, he came and provided information about the area, places to go and see, etc. I tried a few of the recommendations for dining and they were excellent! The location can't be beat- everything is within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The apartment was clean, had nice amenities and was as pictured. The building also has an elevator, which is nice, although there are still some stairs to climb. I would agree that if you have mobility issues, this is not the unit for you though, due to the bedroom and bathroom being on the second floor. I travel solo and always felt very safe too. The guys downstairs at the Bar Senato are very nice and helpful too! I normally do public transportation, but booked the taxi through Paolo and it was great- no transferring with multiple bus lines and both pick up and departure were on time. I'd highly recommend this apartment!

My girlfriend I stayed here at the end of September 2010. It was the perfect place for our first time in Rome. The apartment is large and airy, next to or near to all the great/important sites of ancient Rome. We walked to almost everything from this place. Paulo was very helpful and gave us many great recommendations and when we had an issue with the taxi service he resolved it very quickly, well worth the money. The Bedroom and Bathroom are at the top of a spiral staircase, so if you have a mobility issue this would not work for you. I am of average size for an American and the shower was a bit small. If you are over 6 Feet/182.9 cm tall it could be an issue. That being said I cannot recommend this place enough.

Met and exceeded expectations

My best friend and I stayed at this apartment a few weeks ago in August, 2010. This apartment was a wonderfully welcoming sight to see after a difficult journey to get there. Paolo was out of town but his mother and friend were there to welcome us, even though we were 12 hours late arriving! It is a very clean, centrally located apartment. My friend's luggage didn't arrive with us and Paolo's mother even came when we had reservations at the Vatican to receive it and put it inside of the apartment. It has all of the necessary comforts of home except maybe a microwave, but that was not an issue with us. We would definitely stay here again. One evening, there was a concert happening at Piazza Navona, and we were able to hear the whole thing with our windows wide open. It certainly welcomed us being there hearing this beautiful Italian opera. One additional note: Paolo also arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport and another to take us back upon leaving. This was one of the BEST decisions we made before traveling. As I said, our flight was very late, and by the time we met with the airline officials to report the missed luggage, we were about 11 hours late. At our request, the airline folks called the transportation service, and our driver WAS STILL WAITING for us outside! They drove beautiful Mercedes autos and both showed us special areas of Rome that we would have otherwise missed. If you stay at Paolo's apartment, be sure to book the transportation service also. It is the same price as a cab with complete professionalism and very kind drivers. We highly recommend this apartment on Coroso Rinascimento. Thank you, Paolo, for a wonderful few days in Rome. I hope that we can return again someday.

My husband and I stayed here in March 2010. It is a good location for the historic center of Rome, close to buses and within easy walking distance of ancient Rome. The apartment is as described by the landlord. It is comfortable, clean, and very safe. There is a fair amount of construction in the building which makes the stairway and elevator gritty, but presumably this will not last forever. There are many restaurants in the area, which is full of tourists, but then we were two of them. Although we did not attempt to prepare more than breakfast, the kitchen is limited and it would be hard to prepare an extensive dinner, for example. The bed was very comfortable; lighting could be better. Apartment has good heating system, and we often turned the heat off. Many amenities in the area.

The best apartments on an arrangement in Rome all sights 5-15 minutes of walking on foot, the apartment very well transfers colour of Italy and Rome. In apartment the Internet worked. Nearby to be grocery shop. Thanks of Paulo that has waited us late at night and has helped us to be occupied. We in April go to Sicily, but we will try to call in necessarily to Rome and once again to lodge in these apartments.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment in August 2009 and it really contributed to making our trip wonderful. The location could not be better. Piazza Navona is right behind the apartment, and just down the street from the Pantheon. We were able to walk almost everywhere even to the Vatican. We only used public transportation to go to the Colosseum, and the bus stop is on that same street. There is also a cab station right around the corner, which made it super easy to get back to the airport. As for the apartment itself, it is clean, cute, quiet, everything works, the shower pressure is great, the bathroom is spotless. The mattress is a bit firm, but that was a plus for me. The air conditioning worked very well, and we definitely needed it in August. Boy, and I thought Los Angeles was hot! Rome was a furnace! The place is small but it has 2 levels so it actually feels bigger. The owner, Paolo, was very friendly and professional. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops and pizza places. We tried most of them, and we were not disappointed! The apartment is on the very last floor of the building and there is an elevator. It is a bit old but it worked well and we never had a problem with it. There is a restaurant and a deli downstairs. We found them to be very friendly and helpful as well. We really have no negative points about this place. It met our expectations. I would definitely rent from this owner again.
