This two bedroom condominium has two king size beds and two full size bathrooms. The master bedroom has two large walk-in closets. This is a smoke free facility to protect our renters with asthma or other medical conditions warranting a smoke free environment. Some pets may be considered with a pet deposit. The condominium is privately owned and provides a complete array of amenities. Step out of the living room or master bedroom and experience the breathtaking view of the main channel of Lake Hamilton with Hot Springs mountains as a backdrop.
Bring all of your water gear and enjoy some of the best fishing, boating and water skiing in all of Arkansas. You can also enjoy the swimming pools and hot tub just a few steps from your condo. Enjoy cable TV, with DVD player for the occasional rainy day. The kitchen is well stocked with a full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and trash compactor. A laundry closet provides a washer and dryer as well. The master bath is equiped with a full size walk in shower and a separate whirlpool bath.
This condo is conveniently located near Hot Springs Mall and is a few minutes away from downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas. Hot Springs has many activities including Oaklawn racing, bath house row where you can take in a full spa and, many antique and art shops and a wide array of sites in the Ouachita National Forest which winds around Hot Springs. Take the family out to Magic Springs amusement and water park for a day of fun. Little Rock, home of the Clinton Presidential Library, Travelers Baseball, and many other amenities, is one hour away by car.
