The Fairway Village Condominiums are located near the Park Meadows Golf Course, about 3 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort. These are lovely and spacious with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
This condo is 3 levels, and approximately 3,000 square feet in size. The entry level has a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, an apartment sized kitchen and family room. The laundry room is also located on the lower level. The second level is where the main living space is located, with the kitchen and dining area overlooking the living room. Just down the hall is the third bedroom. On the upper level is the master suite and second bedroom.
Living Room: Vaulted ceilings give this room an open feel with the highlight of the room being a beautiful floor to ceiling river rock fireplace (wood burning). Comfortable seating, large screen TV, VCR, and CD stereo, sweeping views of the mountains.
Family Room: Located on lower level with a TV, VCR, DVD, queen sofa sleeper, adjoining kitchenette.
Kitchen: Recently remodeled with granite counter tops, new tile, new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Small table seats 4. An additional small kitchen, which was also remodeled, is located downstairs adjoining the family room (this is the apartment area).
Dining Room: Seating for 8, dining area overlooks living room.

Master – King bed, TV, VCR, DVD, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, jetted tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, small balcony.
Second – Queen bed, TV, VCR, DVD, bathroom just outside in hall.
Third – Two twin beds, bathroom just outside in the hall.
Fourth – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom.
Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub is located on a deck off the kitchen area.
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer located on entry level.
