Welcome/¡Bienvenidos! We´re Mark (US) & Tina (Mexico) Wise, proprietors of “Mex-cursions©” vacations. We’re located in the small rural Mexican town of Tehuixtla, Morelos, 85 miles SW of Mexico City, 30 miles SW of Cuernavaca and 5 miles from Lake Tequesquitengo.

We offer you two choices: 1) A simple, relaxed B & B stay in our country home for as little or long as you like ($200 USD total per night for up to 6 people or $800 per week 6 nights, up to 6 people), and 2) the same B & B stay with flexible and varied excursions (extra...ask us to email you more info!). The excursions are mostly day trips to some of central Mexico’s best tourist spots (Taxco, pyramides, water parks (including Latin America's largest water park, just 30 min away!), ultralight flights, skydiving, rafting, rapelling, water skiing, spas, underground caves, Yoga, latin dance classes, etc). We also offer excursions to any point within Mexico, lasting from 3 to 7 days. We're working on the website!

We know what it’s like to travel and to be away from home, and this is what we base our personal attention on. You´ll experience ¨the real Mexico” in this perfect family and student vacation!

You’ll have comfortable accommodations for up to 14 persons with real mexican breakfasts, and, for groups of more than 14, some will stay in a very nice country hotel just 1/2 mile away. Either way, you’ll have breakfasts, a swimming pool (Mar-Nov); cable TV; plenty of sunshine (85-95º highs, little humidity year round) plus mucho relaxation and quiet! Rainy season is May-Oct. We can provide lunch and dinner at an additional cost or you can buy the ingredients and make your own meals! If you choose excursions, you buy your own meals wherever you are (we will help you to decide and order, as we accompany you on all excursions!).
