This was our second stay and we plan to go back again this year. The lovely outdoor space is fabulous, complete with Tiki Hut! We love this stretch of Redington Beach because there are less condos are therefore less people competing for beach space. The house has all the necessities but you won't be spending much time inside :)

We had a wonderful time at this house! The beach was beautiful. It is convenient to lots of good restaurants and pubs. The house itself is so inviting and accommodating that it is hard to leave. If you are looking for the perfect beach house, this is it! Burnett, Austin, TX

this was our first rental with homeaway and we could not have been happier, we hated to leave. My 5 yr. grandson stills talks about his florida house. Lana is the nicest person you could ever meet. the home is clean, well organized and the beach and back patio there is just not enough words. we would have stayed again this year, but my mother passed away and some changes had to be made. the location is great to all restaurants. You can not go wrong renting here. Just remember you will have to leave.

Three of us couples stayed and the house was the right size. The house is in a perfect location -- situated on the beach, good restaurants within walking distance or a short cab ride, and a grocery store is close by. Lana is great to work with -- very responsive. This was our first time renting a house. After our experience with Lana and this property, we would do it again!

We had an absolute blast! Stayed there with my husband, child, mother, father, and in-laws. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and we loved watching the dolphins. The outside area was gorgeous!! We never wanted to leave the house to do anything because the back yard made you feel like you were in a resort setting. Lana is great to work with. Had a terrible storm one day which messed up two tvs and she came and had those tvs replaced the very next morning!! Would def return and cant wait!!!!

This had to be the most enjoyable vacation place ever. My husband, daughters & their family were very impressed with everything. We enjoyed the beauty of the backyard & the privacy of the beach. We saw dolphins in the ocean straight out from the backyard, the sunsets were stunning.We ate at The Conch, Bubba Gumps, Sculleys & The Friendly Fisherman. The Conch & Bubba Gumps we went back to a couple times!! The Original Pizza place had great pizza's. We went on the Pirate Ship which was great fun. You need to go para-sailing, old & young!!! Everything was there at the house that we needed. Lana is great, we had a problem with a light that wouldn't shut off & she had someone out the very next day & fixed it. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! We would love to return again sometime. We could have went more but everyone really liked just staying there. Thank you Lana!!! You were very helpful from the beginning of us finding this rental & continued to be there for us .

What a great place to take the family!!! My kids are still talking about this home 4 months after the vacation. Lana was a great host and the home was even better than we expected. I have 4 boys under 5 years old and they could run around all they wanted from sun up to sun down with no worries (great back yard). Dear Sir/Madam: We found everything to be 100% top-notch from location, layout of home and beautiful furniture. Everything worked properly and exceptional customer service. E.g., with four little children, the fenced-in yard was ideal for safety. The recommendations for renting car seats and gates for stairs made our vacation perfect. The area provides, nearby, a boardwalk with excellent restaurants, shops, activities and stroller accessible for ease in walking about. We would recommend this property to all and, we would hope to visit again in future years. The extra amenity of separate one bedroom apartment was above and beyond expectations. The welcome kit p;rovided was most helpful with maps to Busch Gardens, Tarpon Springs Sponge Boat Trip, and nearby wonderful restaurants. The best backyard on the beach! It's an absolute paradise. Plenty of palm trees to give you shade in the heat of the day so you can still enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The tiki bar was so much fun! The sand on the beach was pure white. The beach is nice and quite with few people. 10 friends from all around the U.S. gathered here for a week of fun. There was plenty of room for all of us in the house and we never felt like we were in each others way. Great bars not far away on Treasure Island and St. Pete beach. A lot of them offer live bands. We went deep sea fishing, (I caught a 50" King fish) Visted Bush Gardens, rented scooters and jet skis. By far one of the best vacations I have been on. I can't wait until I can come back and stay here again! Lana was so helpful and was quick to answer any questions I had. Thank you Lana! I've made a friend for life! Phyllis

We had a great time at this wonderful beach front house. The best part is the back yard. Beautifully landscaped. Completly fenced in so the children have boundries. The tiki bar was great, seats everyone. Going to sleep with the sound of the surf is heaven. Loved it.
