  We just returned home from our wonderful vacation at Lana's beach house. The listing and the pictures do not do this place justice......everything you need for a perfect time. The house is very clean (and I am very Picky) and the backyard, deck, tiki bar area is beyond what we could have imagined. Lana is the easiest person to get along with and to work with!! We were there for the first storm of the season (tropical storm Andrea) and she checked on us and made sure everything was ok! She is super sweet and the property is super, super nice!! We enjoyed The Conch and Bubba Gumps but other than that we stayed at the house and on the beach. With such perfect amenities why leave? We had Hungry Howie's Pizza twice and if you like Pizza this is a must! Best pizza we have ever had! You really do have everything you need for a dream vacation right at your fingertips! The kids enjoyed all the games and beach gear and feeding our bird friends so much! We had 2 teenagers and a 9 year old plus 5 adults and it was perfect for everyone! Thanks again Lana and we so hope that we can return to "our paradise" one day!!

  My family and I enjoyed a great week at Redington beach in mid March. The house is nicely appointed with amenities both indoors and out. The location is ideal and having the beach directly out the backdoor was the highlight of our vacation and worth every dollar of our rental. The owner was very friendly and accommodated our needs with small children without hesitation. We would recommended renting this house if you are planning to spend time in the Clearwater area.

  Great friends, great weather and a fantastic beach house. What more do you need for a perfect vacation? It was awesome!! The house had everything we needed for breakfast on the patio, steak bbq, friends by the tiki bar. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us. It was clean and very inviting. The property is better than the pictures. The location was perfect for long walks on the beach, excursions and dinners out too. Would highly recommend Bubba Gumps at Johns Pass and the Salt Rock Grill in Indian Shores. The trolley was so convenient to get up and down Gulf Blvd. We saw so many dolphins, met some local people and played in the waves. We even enjoyed a fishing trip out of John's Pass. The Redington Beach area has so much to offer so you can do tons of stuff or nothing at all. With the beach at our back door calling us every day, that's where we spent most of our time. It truly is paradise. The rental process was terrific because Lana made it so easy. She is a pleasure to deal with and answered all our questions. We absolutely loved it and are already talking about our next visit. Thanks very much Lana from the Friday Night Snack Night Gang.

  Lana's beach front home home was fantastic. We had everything we needed for our 12 day stay to be perfect. I would wake every morning for a walk on the beach right out the back yard. The back yard is so beautifull and relaxing. We had a visit every morning from a local bird for his piece of bologna from my grandson. Luckly the sea gulls never figured out he was there. There were 6 of us and my two grandchildren, 5 and 3 couldn't wait every morning to go outside and play in the sand and then into the ocean for some fun in the water. The trolley was great to take a ride to John's Pass and many resturants. There are so many activities just a short distance from the house. The house was clean and in great shape. We would defintely stay at Lana's beach house again. Thank you for a wounderful home for us all to relax and enjoy our stay in Florida.

  We just had a wonderful Time. We were 4 adults and 3 kids ( age 6 - 8 and 11 ). Everyone has enjoyed the stay at this beach house: - boogie board when waves were big; - Surfing on the sand when calmer; - reading or walking on the nice beach; - Just doing nothing facing the Gulf ....wow! We stayed 7 days and we did not move from there because we were too comfortable and the weather was perfect (hot, sunny and rain only at nights). If you want a sure value for a dream vacation....this is it!

  We had a quick 3 days at Lana's beach house to start our most recent Florida vacation. After 2 more weeks in Orlando, we longed for the peace of the beach. The house is just as described. There were 4 adults and 3 kids. We all stayed in the main house and never had to make use of the 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment is attached to the garage, but nice. Kind of like a hotel kitchenette room. The main house had 3 bedrooms and a pull out bed in the living room. Lots of room. The house and kitchen came well equipped(dishes, glasses, beach toys, etc.). The laundry was nice to freshen up the beach attire and towels after all day in the water. The location was easy to find and is close to nice restaurants, as well as a nice Publix(grocer) very close. The photos are just as you find the place. Awesome. We'll be looking to go back and stay longer.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  Everything was as advertised. Perfect beach Paradise. Room for 4 families to stay together and yet have room. Lana is the best - a perfect property manager!! She brought a replacement hammock for one that was damaged and made certain we were checked in smoothly. The lot has multiple palm trees and combined with the tiki hut offers shady spots to beat the hot summer heat. Absolutely spectacular sunsets. The backyard has alot of paver areas to give room to everyone. Parking was a great surprise -room for 4-5 cars (you don't get that at a condo). The beach is almost private - like having your own island paradise. Sandcastles, swimming, sunshine = family fun. The house is older but kept well and has everything you need. The bathrooms are smaller--but that is not the reason you stay here. Lots of great places to eat and there is a wonderful PUBLIX close by that has everything. Original Pizza delivers (fantastic) and Amish Creamery is a delicious treat. Our grandchildren loved going to Clearwater Marine Aquarium and saw "Winter" the dolphin movie star--we have pictures of them holding her prothesis tail for their scrapbooks We had the best family vacation of our lives relaxing at this little piece of Paradise in Reddington Beach. It was our first time renting a home (over the internet) and was a great decision. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed! Thanks Lana for everything--you made us feel like family.

  My family consisting of 7 adults and 4 kids aged 4,5, and 8 stayed at this fabulous beach house the week of July 7, 2012. The house is absolutely perfect as advertised - plenty of room for all of us. My aunt and uncle also came on this family vacation and stayed in the studio apt. - very nice for them to have their own space. There are not enough words to describe how much we enjoyed the patio and tiki hut area - and being 10 steps to the gulf waters, cant beat that! The house was stocked with beach toys and floaties for the kids (and adults). Oh, and every morning after sunrise a family of dolphins could be seen playing in the waters directly in front of the house!!! We had an amazing time. Lana was wonderful, very responsive and easy to work with! THANKS for a great vacation!

  Eight family members stayed at this lovely home for spring break. We planned this trip a year ago and were not disappointed. The private tiki bar was a huge hit! Each evening we sat outside,watched the sunset and listened to the waves. Saw dolphins which was exciting. The house is beautiful and well stocked, very clean. Loved laying in the cabana and reading while the kids swam. The water was clear and very warm. Enjoyed walking on the beach and collecting shells. Lots to do nearby and great restaurants. Would love to return some time!!
