I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone. The location is excellent, it is a short drive to shopping, restaurants and great beaches yet while you are there it is very relaxing and peaceful. The home is well maintained with modern upgrades and everything you need for day to day living is supplied. We spent many hours on the lanai and Pool area, it is nicely set up. The property manager Joe is very nice and quickly takes care of any minor problems. If our vacation plans ever have us returning to Anna Maria Island, we would love to stay at this home again. Dieses Haus erfüllt einfach ALLES was man sich für einen perfekten, erlebnisreichen,vergnügten und erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Wir haben viele Dinge (die Tips dafür standen in der tollen Mappe, die die Vermieter aufgestellt hatten) besucht.Der Strand ist einzigartig und ist in max. 3 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Natürlich durfte eine Shoppingtour nicht fehlen und diese war ausgiebig und äusserst erfolgreich. Vor allem unsere zwei Teenager waren beeindruckt von den riesigen Mall´s. Eigentlich hatten wir uns vorgenommen öfter in ein Restaurant zu gehen, doch das Haus mit dieser wundervollen Terrasse war so einladend, dass wir einstimmig beschlossen hatten, lieber abendslieber auf der Terrasse oben oder auf der Terrasse am Pool zu essen. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren schön anzusehen und von den Schildkröten waren wir auch alle begeistert.
