Come and visit our North Palm Springs home with fabulous views of the San Jacinto Mountains to the west, and the city lights to the east. Our quiet street sits on the desert edge, making it even easier to unwind and enjoy the heated pool and spa, surrounded by 1400 square feet of patio. Lounge chairs are pool side, along with an outdoor dining table and chairs for morning coffee or dining. A dual burner Perfect Flame BBQ with rotisserie is tucked behind the outdoor patio bar with 4 barstools. There is also a firepit for an intimate chat tucked into the east corner that has mountain views.
Fifteen Meyers lemons trees are growing a hedge on the back of the lot, the landscaping is a mixture of boulders, palm trees and varieties of cactus.
Our ranch style house has all new, dual paned windows to view the beautiful desert flora and fauna. Roadrunners, hummingbirds, rabbits, squirrels and an occasional coyote also live here. Well behaved dogs are welcome, but the property is not yet fenced, so please consider your pets safety when bringing them along.
The floors are tiled and concrete throughout the 3 bedroom home and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There is a gorgeous, open kitchen for the gourmet chef who likes to be a part of the action. Enjoy cooking with your family and friends sitting in the comfortable bar stools at the counter. The large living area is equiped with a 37" LCD flat screen and DirecTV with hundreds of channels to choose from. The custom couch has a pull out bed for extra guests, or for those who like to wake up with the sunrise.
The master bedroom has a king size DUX bed. The adjoining bath is stocked with fluffy towels and ample room to stock your personal items.
The second bedroom has a queen size Memory Foam bed with soft,silky sheets and lots of pillows. Egyptian Cotton Sheets and hypo-allergenic pillows adorn each bed and both rooms come equipped with unobstructed mountain views that are great for relaxing.
The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and sliding glass doors that open to the pool. The morning light, along with the sound of the water spillway from the spa to the pool, is very soothing.
The most amazing feature of this home is the unbelievable outdoor living space. Brand new swimming pool with tropical blue pebble tech that makes the water look like you are in the Caribbean or South Pacific! Of course we have rafts and floating devices as well noodles and goggles. The 10 person spa gives you a front row seat to the best mountain views in Palm Springs! This is the best seat in town to view the end of the day. When the nights in Palm Springs get cool, light up the fire pit in the southeast corner of the backyard and relax under the stars while staying warm and enjoying great conversation with friends and family.
We also have stocked the house with lots of games, tennis rackets, bikes, and some classic mysteries. Our favorite pastime is to read the paper while floating in the pool.
Why stay at a hotel when you can rest and play privately in a home with your own pool, spa, kitchen and no shared walls?
This home is located just minutes to all of the wonderful things Palm Springs has to offer! Whether you want to spend the day golfing, shopping, hiking, biking, riding ATV's or going to Knott's Soak City water park it won't take you long to get to your destination. However, we feel that once you see our home and the outdoor playground we have made for you we think you will spend more time here than anywhere else!

My partner and I stayed in this home for a week in June 2011. Although the temperature was very high, we had an awesome time. This home is great for families or for a more intimate vacation. The house was decorated very nicely but we loved the outdoor space. The pool and spa were fantastic. The fire pit was lovely. Although we didn't use the grill, the outdoor eating area was nice. The one thing you can't beat was the views of the mountains. Being able to lounge out in the pool while gazing at the mountains was just what we needed for our relaxing vacation. We would definitely recommend this place. Also, the renting team was great. They answered all of our questions and were available whenever we needed them. They made our stay very relaxing and memorable. We would most definelty work with them again.

The owner was wonderful to deal with and the home was peaceful, serene and beautiful. We were there for a weekend of intense cycling, running and swimming and it was a perfect location for a training camp. It was wonderful to get out on the roads without experiencing too much traffic and to return to such a soothing home and lovely yard for our relaxation. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for nights in. Can't wait to go back!

I had a great stay at this house. It has unobstructed views of the mountains, and little to no foot traffic. I experienced a lot of rest and relaxation, as i didn't hear any noise. I loved the pool and jacuzzi and the owner was very accessible, which was only necessary when I first arrived. We brought our pets, just make sure they are not unattended outside as there are no fences to keep them contained. The owner was very upfront about that, so we acted accordingly.

Decided at almost the last minute to get away for Christmas and was able to book this property easily. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. My family and I spent four days enjoying the hot tub, pool, watching movies, and dining in town. At first it seemed a little odd to my kids that we were spending Christmas in Palm Springs, but at the end of the trip they were very appreciative and were very vocal about how much they enjoyed themselves. I defintely am looking forward to a return trip.
