Beautiful remodeled 2 story condo with an ocean view of New Smyrna Beach. Lower level includes all tile flooring; full kitchen with eat-at bar area and 5 stools. 2 seat small table for dining as well. Balcony has bistro table w/2 chairs, and 2 lower chairs w/small table. Family room has a pull out sofa, loveseat, private balcony with view of beach over the roof of one building. High Def 37" Flat Screen TV with cable and progressive scan DVD. Movie channels, including high def and "free on demand". Full bath with shower. Wifi included.
Upper level has carpeting; 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with tub/shower in hall between bedrooms. Master has king bed; spectacular view of pool & ocean out large windows; cable TV with DVD. Second bedroom has queen bed; exterior door for covered view of sunsets; TV works with DVD/VCR only in 2nd bedroom (no cable in 2nd bedroom.)
Beautiful pool overlooks the ocean; has tables and chairs; covered area; restroom; charcoal grills. Perfect for families on the highly desirable south end which is closed to traffic on the beach. We love the pool overlooking the ocean. Its quieter and safer because there are no cars allowed on the South end of the beach where we are located.

A Great Time Was Had By All

I stayed at this property with my adult daughter and 2 granddaughters aged 10 and 13 at the time of our stay. The accomodations comfortably housed the 4 of us. The pull out bed in the living room afforded the teen daughter a spot to be independent, which she appreciated. While not directly on the waterfront, the access is easy and exactly as described by the owner. The pool is spacious and the beach is lovely. The owner has provided everything you would need for a most fulfilling experience, including beach toys and boogie boards, local menus, etc. The beds are magnificent and the master bedrrom is very ample. The second bedroom (which was my room) was smaller, but just right for me, and I liked the fact that it had it's own access to the external walkway. The patio on the first floor of the unit ( not at ground level) provided a perfect view of several breathtaking sunrises and moon rises ! I know this worked out very well for all 3 generations, and we would definitely stay here again. One of the very best components of this choice would have to be the owner --- she is a joy to deal with. Her communication was extraordinary, her thoughtfullness and her willingness to accomodate are excellent. She really strives to ensure that you have the vacation of your dreams. Should you have any questions at all, she will answer them honestly, thoroughly, and promptly. This family is very happy that she is willing to share her piece of paradise !

Stayed here with my family for a week and we had a wonderful time. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Pool is kept crystal clean. There are gorgeous views of the beach and sunset from the patio. The condo is clean and comfortable and has all you need. We shopped for groceries nearby and cooked a lot since the kitchen is fully stocked. Kids had a great time. We didn't want to leave!

My husband and I have stayed at this beautiful condo 3 or 4 times so far and intend to keep returning. We take our toddler son and find that it is great having the pool right by beach because many times my son prefers the pool over the ocean. We love the relaxed atmosphere in New Smyrna and there is a lot of great local restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and comfortable and only a few steps away from the beautiful beach. There is no place in the world as relaxing as New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
