Gorgeous two bedroom, two bath with a private outdoor space on the upper west side!! This apartment is located on the bottom floor of a soaring brownstone on 96th and Central Park West. The flat has a beautiful granite kitchen with top of the line appliances. The kitchen is open to the large living room that faces out onto the private garden. There are two lovely full baths and two bright bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed. The smaller bedroom has a triple bunk bed (i.e. regular bunk bed with trundle bed underneath) which sleeps three. This bedroom has an en suite bath and opens onto the garden. There is also a fold out bed and elevated air mattress available.
The flat is pristine with wood floors throughout and high ceilings. Tall windows let the light from the garden flood in.
The area is fantastic! Steps to Central Park, shopping, great bars, cafes, restaurants etc. It is an easy commute (just through the park) to 5th avenue and the Museums on the East Side...or wander down to the Natural History Museum. Tons of everything with in walking distance!
There is broadband internet (wired and wireless) in this apartment. For a small fee, we will provide you with a cell phone with unlimited local and long distance calls within the U.S. and Canada.
The B and C trains are one half block away. The 96th Street crosstown bus is also a half blcok away. There are numerous additional subway (1, 2 and 3) and bus lines within two blocks . Upon booking, we will provide you with free orientation materials to help you plan your NYC trip, identifying fun things to see and do as well as help you navigate the City easily. This will include directions on getting to and from the local airports and instructions on how to drive in NYC without going insane or getting towed. We will also provide you complimentary copies of pertinent subway, bus and Central park maps.
Recession special: those guests who (1) book at least four nights AND (2) reference this offer when booking, will receive two free tickets (i.e. for two people on one night) to attend a NYC Comedy Club (two drink minimum not included).
There are nearby public parking garages (average is $30 per day). For an additional charge, we can arrange for a driver to meet you and your luggage at the airport baggage claim area and bring you both in a Lincoln Town Car or stretch limousine to your front steps.
The flat is beautiful and quiet. It is a great place to call home while visiting the city!
