If you want your whole clan (corporate gatherings as well) to be under one roof in a wonderful Peak 8 house, this is an excellent option. Newly renovated & roomy with 6,000 square feet, this Willow Lane home hosts 6 nicely apportioned individual bedrooms. Each is well laid out, having its own full bathroom. No one in your party will be disappointed.

Positioned just at the portion of Ski Hill Road that overlooks town, this home couldn't have better access to Peak 8, The town of Breckenridge, or Peak 9. The bus stop (running every 10 minutes during ski season) is right at the end of the wonderful private driveway. Accompanied with a 3 car garage, the property has additional parking for 6 other cars -- plenty for everyone.

Positioned on three-quarters of an acre and backing up to a 13 wooded town park, the home is wonderfully private with a beautiful view facing town & Baldy Mountain.

Peak 8 & the new developments at the base of Peak 7 are a 5 minute walk up the hill or just two bus stops. The Nordic Center -- and all the trails associated with it -- is directly across the street. Town is a 5 minute walk down the hill or one bus stop down Ski Hill Road. It's tough to find a better spot to rent a large home.

The master bedroom has its own fireplace and spacious bathroom, which includes a fully enclosed glass shower and a large tub Jacuzzi. Each of the other bedrooms include its own private bathroom and each are spacious and nice enough to be considered master bedroom. In sum, you get a home with six master bedrooms!

The recreation / entertainment area in the basement is complete with all the sounds, tables and games needed - large screen HDTV, pool table, ping pong, Wii, many DVDs etc - for endless entertainment.

Summertime at 113 Willow Lane is splendid. The home's location is perfectly located between town and the base of Peak 8, with the Peak 8 fun park. Enjoy a short walk to either or venture out to the wonderful hiking trails across the street at the Nordic Center. Or hop on a bicycle and enjoy as well.
