Our home has 6 large bedrooms, each with private bath, chef's kitchen, large dining tables and spacious game room. Minutes to slopes and town on free shuttle - no driving necessary.
Positioned just at the portion of Ski Hill Road that overlooks town, this home couldn't have better access to both the Peak 8 & Peak 7 base as well as to the town of Breckenridge.
The bus stop (picks up every 10 minutes during ski season) is right at the end of the wonderful private driveway. Accompanied with a 3 car garage, the property has additional parking for 6 other cars -- plenty for everyone.
Positioned on three-quarters of an acre and backing up to a 15 acre wooded town park, the home is wonderfully private with a beautiful view facing town & Baldy Mountain.
If you don't want to take the bus, but you will because it is so often and so convenient - the Peak 8 & Peak 7 bases are just a 5 minute walk up Ski Hill Road. The Breckenridge Nordic Center is directly across the street and town/main street is a 5 minute walk down the hill or one bus stop down Ski Hill Road.
You will not find a better location to rent a large home.
The master bedroom has its own fireplace and spacious bathroom, which includes a fully enclosed glass shower and a large tub Jacuzzi. Each of the other bedrooms include its own private bathroom and has at least one queen bed.
The recreation / entertainment area in the basement has large screen HDTV, pool table, ping pong, GameCube many DVDs etc - for endless entertainment.
Summertime at 113 Willow Lane is truly special. Escape the heat & enjoy the location - perfectly located between town and the base of Peak 8 & its fun park! Very large house for two or more families. Our family had two groups with 6 adult children and spouses and friends. Perfect for our group that was split between wanting to ski and wanting to go to town. Plenty of beds, entertainment, pool table and table tennis, videos for kids. Just a well equipped home to complete your family vacation. Very large hot tub! Listing is accurate, property is very clean and well maintained, Leslie is great in communicating by email. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a family reunion of 15 people at this large house and loved it. There are 6 bedrooms, but additional room for smaller kids to sleep on cots or couches. It has a great kitchen that was fully loaded, so we could cook for all of us. The location is ideal and right across from one of the bus stops for easy access to the lifts or into town. The kids loved the hot tub. Definitely recommend this to any group.

This is a beautiful house in an amazing location. The bedrooms are warm and spacious, the upstairs living room and downstairs entertainment room are perfect for conversation and play, and the kitchen is big with a great layout. Then there is the hot-tub - it enormous. I hope to come back again.

Just wanted to say thanks for making your Breck house available, we had a terrific time! The weather was supposed to be cold and rainy but turned out to be upper 70's and virtually no rain....so much for predicting mountain weather! Several of our group caught sight of Mr (Mrs?)Moose and a young calf one morning while eating breakfast on the deck....quite exciting. Also saw a porcupine late one night munching away beneath the deck, plus a young deer likes to snooze back there. We have been doing reunions for 23 years, mostly renting large houses. We have always said that we don't want to do any house more than once, but there were several votes for yours being the best house yet, and to do it again. Can't say yet if that will happen, but it's a possibility. It's really a special place.

We stayed here with our 3 married children and our 6 grandsons, 14 total. The house is beautiful with a great fully equipped kitchen. It's big enough to have lots of privacy. The grandkids took over the walk out basement. They let the adults come down to enjoy pool and ping pong. We spent lots of quality time in the living room with puzzles and games. Our adult children enjoyed hiking, biking, and golf. The boys had a blast at the Fun Park nearby at the base of Peak 8. The 4 oldest had fun biking. Everyone wants to come back next summer.
