This home is a raised two story home with 5 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has one king-size bed, 3 upstairs bedrooms have one queen-size in each room, 1 upstairs bedroom has two twins, a fold-out sleeper sofa in living room, 3 full baths, sleeps 14.
Master bedroom, full bath, living/dining & kitchen areas are on 1st floor. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths are on 2nd level. TV's in all bedrooms. Double decks with access from 3 bedrooms. Covered parking for 4 vehicles. Great ocean view, 60 steps to the beach.
You can relax at the beach or on your own covered deck while cooking out. Just inside Ocean Lakes, there are many activities the kids can enjoy for HOURS such as swimming in either the Olympic-size outdoor pool, the indoor heated pool or three kiddie pools with splash park. All with lifeguards on duty. There is an arcade with the latest games including pool tables, three snack bars, two oceanfront playgrounds and basketball courts, or fishing in one of the freshwater lakes. You can rent bikes or a golf cart, there's plenty of room to ride! Ocean Lakes is located on about 310 acres and has one mile of beachfront so your walk to the beach is about 60 to 120 steps to the beach from your house. There is 24-hour security and patrol, 10 MPH speed limit, you really can just about "let the kids go!"
Only minutes away from Ocean Lakes, you can enjoy all of the entertainment the area is FAMOUS for in Myrtle Beach, Surfside, Garden City, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, Litchfield and Georgetown such as 100 Golf Courses, BrookGreen Gardens, fishing, boating, shelling, water parks, jet skiing, parasailing, shopping, restaurants, Broadway at the Beach, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Legends.
