  We stayed 5 days at the end of April 2013. Everything went smoothly, from the very first email until the security deposit refund, two days after came back home. Our contact in Playa del Carmen helped us with all we needed. Very reactive. The condo is really charming, practical and the location couldn't be better. Very clean (and easy to let cleaned) also. We wish we can return one day. There are so many things to do nearby ! Thank you a lot ! Muchas gracias ! Merci beaucoup !

  The condo was beautiful, looks just like the pictures. And it was about 2 blocks from the main avenue and beach, but far enough away that it wasn't too loud. We made good use of the kitchen and selection of movies! The pool was nice as well, we used it several times and had it to ourselves each time. Definitely highly recommend this place!

  We stayed in the condo for 3 nights. We love Playa Del Carman and we wanted to stay somewhere close to everything and this place was! Walmart is a short walk away, convience store almost across the street and 5th ave and beach was a couple of blocks. We walked everywhere with no problems. The Condo has everything you need. No need to bring beach towles with you, they have them for you. Management was great also and wasy to get ahold of. Great value for the price. We would for sure stay there again. Shannon Aubart

  Just returned from an 18 night stay at the condo. What a wonderful place to spend my vacation! The condo was exactly as the pictures portrayed.Very comfortable and spacious and was well stocked with everything you need- the kitchen was well equipped for doing some dining in; purified water was always available and when we would run out, a quick email or call to the manager was all it took to have it replaced; there were plenty of beach towels and even some snorkelling gear which was a bonus! The condo is very well maintained and was so conveniently located. The beach is only a short, easy walk away; in fact everything is within a short walking distance - stores,tons of restaurants and the ADO bus station is right around the corner. The owners and property manager were great and so quick to respond to anyquestions or requests. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay in the area and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit! Thank you Dalen for everything!

  We spent 3 wonderful weeks at the condo Dallen. Very good location for shopping, shopping and walking on 5th Avenue and take the bus to the airport ADO Everything is exactly like the pictures we see. I often communicated by email with Patricia Clark, the person responsible for the condo there and she has always responded quickly to my requests. The only downside is there is no qui'il patio gives access to the outside for some fresh air in the morning and evening ... There is a small balcony, but as you can see from the photos, it is closed by the other condos, so no fresh air and no great view, no patio set either. At the pool, no set patio for coffee or to stay where you can swim. The pool water is very cold, like others elsewhere that we tried (Red Queen Hotel and pool of Mamita's). By cons, it takes at least 30 min. walk to Mamita's beach. There were big waves for almost 3 weeks. He is super nice ... I thought the beach was very busy Mamita's and very noisy (loud music). ll have to pay for chairs and parasol (umbrella 3 chairs + 1 = 120 pesos, but with the discount Playa paradise 50% = 60 pesos = $ 6 CAN. The food is not very good there. Failure to pay you can not stay on your beach towel, but no access to toilets. I loved the beach restaurant bar near Wah-Wah wharf Cozumel. you do not pay for chairs and umbrella provided that the we take the "drinks" and we eat. the food is super good. There were many waves at this beach at Mamita's. the only downside is that there is no toilet public on public beaches or on 5th Avenue. We still enjoyed our 3 weeks in this condo.

It's a shame you didn't care for Mamitas beach, John and I tend to go down to the beach right near our condo, we don't see the point in traveling to a beach when there is one just a few short blocks from the condo. Our favorite place to go and recommend is Fusion at the bottom of Calle 6. During winter months in Mexico, the water is always cooler then later months.   Just got back from a month in this Condo and it could not have been better. The ADO from the airport and then short walk to the condo (or taxi for $2.50) was so easy. The other reviews say it all. The property was very clean and well maintained and the location was excellent. Lots of information in the condo on what to see and do while in Playa. You can walk pretty well any where you want to go from the condo . Wtih the ADO station right around the corner we went to several places down the coast, Tulum, Xelha, Xcaret etc. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpfull all the people were. One day we needed a doctor so I called Mercedeze (spelling) at the management company. There was a doctor at our door in 15 minutes. I just got home and already want to go back to Playa and stay here. If you are planning a trip to Playa Dl Carmen you cannot go wrong staying at Dalens Condo.

  I have just returned from my third stay in the condo. I'm again very happy with everthing, the condo the property management the location etc. I am sure this will not be my last time staying in the condo. Excelente

  This was our second stay in this condo. The fact that we came back pretty much speaks for itself. Our stay was great, communication with the owners and condo manager was easy, condo was stocked with everything you need: towels, beach mats, even some beach toys (floaties and snorkeling gear). The cell phones and big jug of drinking water are a huge plus!

  The property is exactly as listed - very nice and comfortable inside. The large movie collection is very well rounded. The condo is located a couple of blocks to the beach and a couple of blocks to Wall Mart. The owners and managers are very conscientious. We ran out of water and called the local managers and the bottle was replaced by the time we got back from the beach. The owners provide a lot of information about how to operate everything in the apartment and the location of movie theaters and activities in the area. My deposit check arrived a couple of days after I got home. It was an excellent experience in a wonderful beach town.

  We just stayed here with our three young children, and we were very happy with it. The condo was spacious, clean, freshly painted, and had everything we needed. The movies and books were a nice bonus! The kitchen was well equipped so that we could do a little cooking and eating in. Our kids loved the pool. Location was great - we could easily walk to tons of restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Great value! We would want to stay again if we are ever in Playa again (hopefully!) Playa is such a fun place to visit!
