This beautiful handcrafted full log home is on Prospect Mountain with gorgeous views of Lake Estes and the valley below. The location is very private and secluded on 3.8 acres, yet is only minutes from downtown Estes Park. The main house is over 1,700 square feet with a master suite loft, and an additional kid’s cabin. This spacious home and huge deck is great for inside or outside entertainment. The large front deck has breathtaking views of the North Range, the Estes valley, the golf course, and Lake Estes. The handcrafted full log home is made of Engelmann Spruce and has hardwood floors throughout. The main living area features a sofa and loveseat, and a large moss rock gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with hickory cabinets. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. The master bedroom suite is in the loft with a king bed and is very spacious and includes its own private deck. There is a sleeper sofa in the main living area. There is also a double bed and a twin bed in the kids cabin. The forest offers its share of adventure and wildlife, and is open to hiking. Many of the large ponderosa pines on the property are several hundred years old.
