The apartment is also surrounded by superb antique shops, art galleries and many other specialist shops, as well as many, many bars and restaurants ranging from traditional to ultra chic.

All this, and you are only a brief 10 minute walk from the very 'up market' George Street followed by Princes Street, both offering everything a shopper could desire as well as many more bars and restaurants. A further fascinating 10 - 15 min walk will take you to the world famous Royal Mile in the Old Town and of course, Edinburgh Castle.

In the apartment, there is a folder which is full of information on things to do, places to see and places to eat and drink. You will NEVER be bored.

Other Activities: Stockbridge is a 5 min walk where there is a superb street market every Sunday which mainly offers delicious foods. Stockbridge also has superb specialist shops offering jewellery, arts and crafts, interior design, flower shops etc - lots of charity shops too if you like a rummage.
