Tree Top Studio is a 400 sq foot Suite with cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan and air conditioning. It features teak and bamboo unique vintage style furnishings with a new king, pillowtop bed, comfy sofa, tv w/dvd player, cd/radio/stereo, dining for 2 inside and out.

The corner unit offers privacy with "tree top" views. The sunny, tiled lanai looks onto a greenbelt of flowering tropical trees and plants filled with birds.

Spacious bath features tiled, glassblock, walk-in shower with pebblestone floor and 2 shower heads.

The "kitchenette" has a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and sink. Dishes and silverware are provided. The nearby pools offer gas bbq's.

This is the perfect, affordable accommodation for those who do not wish to do a lot of cooking. Have breakfast in, keep your Maui blanc chilled, have ice and a blender for your maitais, the gas grills nearby can sear your ahi and you can dine under the stars on your lanai. Wailea and Kihei have many restaurants to choose from.

Beach gear is provided, ie: towels, chairs, sun umbrella, cooler.

Free wi-fi, free parking (unassigned) Walking distance to Wailea Tennis Club, Shops of Wailea, numerous restaurants, Sunset cocktails and the extraordinary Wailea Oceanfront Trail.

  • This was the perfect rental for me for my 3 days in Wailea! Couldn't have been more pleased with the condo, location or the owners, who were very kind and accomodating. Everything was just as described and pictured in the listing, and it was an incredible value at the time I booked. Not a single complaint! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and would stay here myself again.

  • My wife and I just returned from our trip to Maui and stayed at the Tree Top Studio. The accomodations could not have been more perfect for the two of us! The space was very roomy for a studio, the King beed was very comfortable, and the small kitchen area was just perfect for our trip. The location of the condo was awesome, as we were very close to all the shops and beaches (walking distance very easy) but in a quite area that was peaceful and away from the "big" resort hustle and bustle. All the recomendations for food and trips were perfect and we went to many of them. Again, I would recommend this property for people traveling to Maui and especially the Wailea area. Thanks again for the hospitality and great time!!!

  • Our 5 days on Maui were relaxing, thanks to the welcoming accommodations we found ourselves in at Wailea Tree Top Studio. The natural setting and privacy surrounding us was our reward. The Wonderful advise of places to eat/shop/explore aided in our discovery of the island. We found Wailea to be far from the "touristy, overcrowded resorts"...the beaches were clean, safe, friendly, and free from crowds. The beach gear found in the studio came in handy every day. We had the pool and jacuzzi (100 yards away) to ourselves in the later part of the evening. We knew we were going to be happy with our choice, but this was even better than we invisioned! Thanks for everything.

We truly enjoyed the lanai and the nature surrounding us. Also, great tips on finding Willie K and best meal on the island found at Cafe O'Lei. We were so glad we stayed in Wailea and not on West Maui. We went there one day to see what all the 'hype' was---South Maui and Wailea is the place!! Thanks again. (Lapperts Ice Cream - Great)

The place was wonderful, big and had everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrella, beautiful lani filled with morning and evening entertainment provided by the local birds. :) Also, great suggestions on where to go and where to eat. All of your suggestions were the best places we went to. Loved, loved, loved it!

Lots of walking, which we enjoy and missed when staying on the West Side. The meals at Matteos and Joe's Bar & Grill were just as you suggested. Thanks for all the tips you gave us.
