This gated community offers secured access and parking. The property is uniquely located between the nature preserve and the Atlantic Ocean, in a quite residential area just a short distance from great restaurants,shopping and entertainment.
Two clubhouses are available on-site for residents with such amenities as heated swimming pool, all purpose room, hot tub, sauna, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard and basketball courts, putting green, fire pit, exercise rooms, kayaking and more.
Our condo is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The master suite is huge, has a king bed, private balcony and a spacious bath with shower, separate vanities and two person jacuzzi tub. The second bed-sitting room has a queen sofa bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds.
There are televisions in every bedroom and a 42" plasma with DVD and stereo system in the living room. The kitchen is spectacular and fully equipped with the latest top ofthe line appliances and everything necessary to make your stay comfortable and exceptional. All vanities and counter tops throughout are granite.
Our condo has ceramic tiles throughout except for the bedrooms which are carpeted. The condo is tastefully decorated and fully equiped (including washer and dryer)and is surrounded by windows and balconies on three sides, providing excellent views, plenty of light and a southern exposure to ensure sunlight from sun-up to sun-down.
Access to the beautiful, pristine, uncrowded "no drive" beach is located just across the street and offers endless opportunity to take long strolls along the blue ocean, to swim or simply enjoy the sunshine and cool ocean breezes.
There is a fabulous man-made nature walk out into the preserve which runs the entire distance along the rear of the Oceanwalk complex.
For the golf enthusiast, there are many great courses located close by.
